This platinum-5 Star rated professionally decorated 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium is exceptional! This is a 1st floor corner unit of the West Tower in the luxurious Calypso resort. The condo is beautifully appointed with Tommy Bahama designed furniture and many other additional upgraded amenities. Enjoy the immense breathtaking unobstructed view of the world famous white sugar sand beaches. The emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the gorgeous sunsets make this unit the perfect location.

MASTER BEDROOM features a king size bed and a large private bath. The bathroom features a marble garden tub, separate shower, dual sink vanity with black granite tops and a separate water closet. The Tommy Bahama dark wood finish leather-rattan bed, armoire, with coordinating furnishings and artworks make this a beautiful retreat. Sliding glass doors open on to the spacious balcony for a relaxing or romantic view of the blue-green ocean waters!

SECOND BEDROOM has a luxurious queen sized bed, and a private bath with walk in shower and a granite top vanity. The lovely Tommy Bahama wood and rattan bed, armoire, furnishings and artwork welcome you to relax and enjoy your beach vacation.

THIRD BEDROOM has Tommy Bahama twin beds, armoire comfortable oversized chair and direct bathroom access. The 3 bedrooms along with the PULLOUT SLEEPER SOFA in the living room will very easily sleep 8 in the unit comfortably.

The open KITCHEN area has beautiful black granite counter tops with white cabinets and appliances. All the comforts of home are provided to make your stay enjoyable. The DINING area has a table that seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the high-top breakfast bar. A beautiful panoramic view of the beach and ocean can be seen from the kitchen, dining and living room areas.

The BALCONY has elegant iron furniture that allows you to sit and admire the view or spread out to work on your tan or even take a nap. The two sets of sliding glass doors give you direct balcony access from both the Master Bedroom and the Living Room.

The LAUNDRY room has a full size washer and dryer and shelving space for towels and other beach related items. Iron and ironing board are included for your convenience.

THE CALYPSO PROPERTY AMENITIES includes 2 incredible inviting large 172’ free-form TROPICAL POOLS that have lush landscape overlooking the beach and emerald gulf shores. A convenient TIKI BAR is located between both pools offering cool drinks to sip while you relax at the poolside. One pool is heated year round for an added upgrade to enjoy your stay at any time of the year.

A 9 story covered PARKING GARAGE is located right across the street. An enclosed walkway bridge connects the garage to the towers.

There are several amenities close by and on the beach. On the Calypso beach front, Aquatic Adventures offers Beach Lounges and Umbrellas, Para-sailing, Jet Ski Rentals, Dolphin Tours, Banana Boat Rides, and a 4 person Catamaran Paddle Boat.

The Dan Russell Fishing Pier is only 400 yards away. You can catch anything from Spanish Mackerel to King Mackerel to Cobia, as well as many other species off this pier.

The Gulf World Marine Park is approximately ½ mile east of Calypso. At Gulf World, you’ll see live animal shows, fascinating exhibits, and you’ll experience hands-on interaction with marine life, attend dolphin day camp or you can swim with a dolphin.

Almost directly across the street, adjacent from Calypso Resorts, is the new multi-million dollar Pier Park offering a fabulous shopping experience, many restaurants, 16 movie theaters and much more. Some of the stores and restaurants included on site or opening Spring and Summer'08 are Ron Jon Surf Shop, Old Navy, Anne Taylor Loft, American Eagle, Hollister, Fish Tales, Borders, Fresh Market, Starbucks, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Back Porch Seafood, Panera Bread, Red Oven Brick Pizza, Guglielmo's Italian, Five Guys and a Burger and Johnny Rocket’s.

Pier Park also offers a Concert Series from May 31st-August 30th including Blues, Reggae, Country and Rock performances on Thursday evenings.

There are several championship golf courses in the area. Two miles from Calypso is the Holiday Golf Club with a regulation 18 hole course, a 9 hole executive course, a lighted driving range and putting green. Two miles further you will find the Hombre Golf Club featuring 27 holes of golf, driving range and putting green.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS:
Age Requirements – You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this unit. At least one guest, 25 years of age or older with proof of identification, must stay in the unit during the entire stay. If this requirement is not met all guests will be requested to leave and all remaining paid balance will be forfeited. Age will be verified upon check-in. Security patrol on premises.

Maximum Occupancy – This unit sleeps a maximum of 8 people. If this requirement is not met all guests will be requested to leave and all remaining paid balance will be forfeited.

Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to full forfeiture of advance deposit or security deposit payment(s), and the party will not be permitted to check in. If the party has already checked in, occupants may be required to vacate the property immediately with full forfeiture of all reservation payments.

This unit is NON- SMOKING unit including on the balcony. PARTIES are not permitted in the units or on the premises. Also, Calypso guests are NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE PETS in the unit or on the property. All of these restrictions are maintained and enforced by the on site Calypso Home Owners Association and security patrol officers on the property.

  • My family and I had a wonderful time at PCB. This condo was fabulous. It was the cleanest and best equiped one I have ever stayed in. I am very particular where I stay, so for me to say this is really something. We had never stayed on the 1st floor before and was a little hesitant because of the noise, but in this condo you never heard the outside world. It was great with all the kids because if you needed anything you could just pass it over the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

  • Details, details, details! This condo was the most inviting and thoughtfully decorated of any I've seen in that town, and believe me I seen a lot! What I loved most is the amazing view of the waves just steps away. The best part is we never had to wait for an elevator! The blackout drapes allow luxurious deep naps even in mid-day. Many condos don't bother with such costly upgrades. The view was perfect and we could even pass a pina colada right over the pool railing to our friends. No need to get up and trudge back in for refreshments. I'm going back!!

  • This is one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. The beds were so comfortable you don't even want to get up. Everything about this condo is beautiful. The panoramic view from the living room is awesome. It really is very close to Pier Park. We walked almost every night to dinner. That made it so much easier since we were traveling with a baby and it was Memorial Day week. Garry, you are so easy to deal with and very accommodating. THANK YOU for giving us a wonderful vacation!

  • My family visited your condo on Spring break. We shared the condo with another family and had plenty of room. The decorating was beautiful and we felt right at home. We loved the fact that this was a first floor corner unit. It made it very convenient to communicate with our friends at the pool. I would recommend this condo to anyone and look forward to staying there again.
