- This home is in a gated community that sits on the Gulf of Mexico with no streets to cross to get to the beach. Simply stroll of your patio to the walkway and travel about 3 minutes passing the tennis courts, backet ball, court, exercise facility, barbeque/picnic area, hot tub and beach side pool to the beach. Absolutley no streets to cross. Oh we also have a shuffleboard court as well. Shop till you drop.
