Custom kitchen with Sub-Zero, Wolf Range, Granite and fully equipped for the serious gourmet. Living room has a stone fireplace with Plasma TV above that is also viewed from the kitchen, French doors lead to a mahogany deck for grilling and entertaining. large sun room filled with walls of glass with French door to the deck for outside enjoyment.

All bedding is of the highest quality, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella and much more are included.

My husband and I spent 3 wonderful weeks in this home last summer. It's a very short walk to the beach and a short drive to the center of Guilford. The house is beautifully decorated and is located on a very quiet street. The owner was always available to answer any questions we had about the property or the area. The veiws were amazing, it's a great home and a great vacation spot!

The house was so nice and totally equipped. Well built, I felt like it was brand new and was customized for me and my family. A great kitchen, wonderful for entertaining and a great view. This house has it all. A short walk to the beach and water sports. Great restaurants in town. I totally recommend it!
