Beautiful furnished with a blend of antiques and new, Central air, and music, 9 foot ceilings, filled with every amenity. Water views from each bed the moment your eyes open, master bedroom with king size bed and private balcony. Master bath with heated floor, and shower also with views of the water. Guest Room has full size bed,and single bed, bath with tub. Both bedrooms with plasma TV’s Custom kitchen with Sub-Zero, Wolf Range, Granite and fully equipped for the serious gourmet. Living room has a fireplace with Plasma TV above that is also viewed from the kitchen, large seating area, and dinning for 10. French doors lead to a mahogany deck for grilling and entertaining. Warmer months offer a large sun room filled with walls of glass with French door to the deck for outside enjoyment. Take a 160 step walk on a path from yesteryear to a beautiful sandy swimming beach. Take a spin on a bicycle, we offer (3) for your use. All bedding is of the highest quality, towels, and beach towels are included. Daily Cleaning service is offered on request. This is a private home that will be rented occasionally so inquire with your dates for availability 2.5 miles to the Guilford Green that has a five acres of lawn, with summer long Music on weekends, live Shakespeare on stage, surrounded by antique buildings with shops each unique and different from each other. Town also offers Day Spas, Ice Cream and Chocolate Shop, Gift Stores, Clothing and Shoe Shops, Excellent Restaurants, Historical Homes, (third largest collection in CT) Museums, Orchards that offer fruit picking throughout the season. Local Farms offer Fresh organic produce, and August offers The Guilford Fair. 15 minutes away come aboard a narrated cruise of the Thimble Islands, 18 minutes north to Clinton Outlet stores, 20 minutes away is the Essex Steam Train & River Boat that can take you to Gillette Castle State Park, or to the Opera House on the river, and 45 minutes you can try you hand at Fox Woods Casino or enjoy Mohegan Sun.
