Welcome to Colonial Country Club-a lush, sunny golf community located on a serene lake. This fully furnished two bedroom Condo is tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view of the Lake. This a first floor end unit with a one car garage. The den provides extra accommodations for overnight guests. Enjoy watching the Florida wildlife while sipping coffee or cocktails on the Lanai. For a small transfer fee you ($106) can enjoy a social membership at the Country Club, including reduced fees for the 18 hole professional PGA course plus access to the Clubhouse, activities, etc. This community is conveniently located 10 minutes from Fort Myers airport, and minutes from wonderful restaurants and shops. Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach are only a short distance away. A $500 deposit is required to reserve the home and we can only accomodate monthly renters. Thank you for your interest.
