This complex sits directly on the beach, located centrally steps to restaurants, shopping, amusement & beach activities and a car is not necessary if one chooses as the Island offers a flat fee taxi service at a reasonable price.

Discounts can be negotiated for Winter Texan staying 3 months or longer for winter of 2009/2010.
