However, we have rented to groups before, after fulfilling certain requirements. we correlate grades and faculty recommendations with character. Therefore, to rent to you, we'll need the following: 1. Everyone's grades thru last semester. 2. A character reference for each student from a school official. (Faculty Advisory, Principal, Counselor, Coach, Teacher(s) or Professor(s). 3. A guarantee from each of the parents that they and the student will be responsible for any damages incurred. You may send documentation via email or as an attachment to email, as you wish.Once that is received and approved, we will proceed with your reservation. ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED.
