This beach house is just like home. Beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Master suite downstairs with private bath with large tiled shower. Large kitchen with all amenities and breakfast area open to large family room. Three large bedrooms upstairs with TV in each room. There is also a full size crib upstairs.
House has two decks both covered and there is also a covered patio and eating area with TV downstairs. One golf cart is included with rental. Easy access to pool and beach. Very nice location on wide street. Plenty of parking. Very clean and well kept. Only 2 years old! Pictures coming soon!

I rated this property EXCELLENT because we had a great time last year. We had 3 couples with each one of us had 2 children. My family owned a property for 35yrs down here and I love being at OL. The experience of renting from someone else was horrible!!!! The oven blew up in my friends face, singed his hair on arm and eyelids--called owner basically blamed us, said nothing was wrong before we got there. Beware family has house next door, they will tell everything. For example we had lamps outside (NOT TRUE), comforters were on deck for drying (twice), played cornhole behind house and they called the cops on us. We have never received our deposit back--WE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT TEAR ANYTHING UP!!!! Called owner after stay and talked to here-she was to send me a dvd back that got stuck in her TV(that was broken she new about this) never received or even was told why our deposit was kept. Did not like this experience, I know many people down there and told her to talk to lady across street-she knew my family well. Never heard anything. Very disappointed that she thinks I actually did the things she said-we called her when something went wrong to be honest with her. She said the house was fine when the next renters came in-just very upset that this happened to us-we had a great time and I loved being back down there seeing everyone-we also planned that this week was with all of our other friends so of course they visited alot-the kids sold watermelons-we never had anyone else stay other than a babysitter for 1 night. I believe the family next door told lies about us-they didn't say that they let there girl stay out all night riding a golfcart with some boys (of course they weren't very quiet) when quiet time is 11pm and goldcarts are not allowed on roads. Yeah pretty mean in my opinion. Great house very nice-owners were not very understanding--should not rent if she is not going to believe you. I would have appreciated a call to let me know why the deposit was not given back. It is called COURTESY and RESPECT!!!!
Owner response:To all Future Potential Renters, It is our top priority that all of our renters have a pleasurable experience in our beach home. We own only one property in Ocean Lakes Family Campground and have been renting it for the past 7 years. In these 7 year we have only once been forced to with hold a renter's deposit. Also, only once have we been contacted at home by neighbors who were upset with the behavior of our renters and the treatment of our personal property. Aside from this single incident, all of our other experiences with renters have been smooth and enjoyable. Please feel free to address me personally about any concerns you may have.
