This is our second year at this wonderful beach home and we are thrilled with everything.We love that is is so close to the beach and other amenities.The home is well equipped and the area is very quiet..We hope to return here next year and in years to come.We ,of course,love the fact that Ken and Lin allow us to bring our beloved dog,who also loves North Myrtle Beach!

We have been comimg to North Myrtle Beach for the last 5 years and this is our second year at this property.We have found it to be clean,cozy and comfortable for the two of us and our 13 year old dog who loves the beach.The neighbours here are great and it is very quiet.As it is close to the Outlet Mall and Barefoot Landing shopping is a breeze if you dont want to drive too far and downtown is just 17 blocks away.You can be on the beach in less than a minute!I cant say enough good about this home and location and we hope to return here in the years to come. We have been spending our winters in North Myrtle Beach for four years. This is the BEST house we have ever rented. It is difficult finding a home that is pet friendly, clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained. This house has it all. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The neighborhood was friendly and welcoming and Ken & Lin were excellent landlords. We finally found a house we would like to return to again and again and again. I'm sure after reading all the superb reviews about this property, you will want to rent here too. But don't plan on January-March 2013 because we're coming back!

This was the second year in a row we have rented from Ken & Lin and it was just a good as the first time! The house is at a great location and is always in great condition when you arrive! You won't find a nicer couple to rent from! They are always willing to work with us and reply quickly to questions we had! My family has been lucky enough to be down at Crescent Beach the same time that Ken & Lin were staying there and they provided alot of helpful information about the area! Next time, I will ask them for help with my golf game!

Thanks Ken and Lin for renting your beach house to us. Our family enjoyed our stay (Aug. 13 - 20 2011 ) and had a great vacation. Your home is quite lovely and nicely decorated. Very clean and well maintained. It was nice not having to bring our own linens. The close distance to the beach is great. Neighborhood is very quiet and enjoyed evening walks. It was nice to have met you both and look forward to renting from you again.

We rented the beach house the last week in July. 2011. It was everything we wanted and more. The listing accurately described the house and its location. The house was extremely neat and clean and very well maintained. We really liked the fact that the house was so close to the ocean as we spent a great of time there. The house is in a very nice section of Myrtle beach and we felt safe in allowing our teenage children to come and go during both daytime and evening hours. We have already recommended this house to our friend and plan on renting again next year ourselves. Thank you Ken and Lyn for renting this place to us.

Excellent location on North Myrtle Beach. The house was better than what the pictures can show. Very spacious master bedroom with walk in closest and access to seperate bath area. House was clean and well furnished. Highly recommend to rent.

We stayed in this property for the 2011 July 4th week and had a wonderful experience! The property is every bit as nice as shown in the listing. It was very nicely furnished and equipped, providing everything needed for our stay, and was meticulously clean and well maintained. The unit is located very near to the beach (4-5 minute walk) but far enough off the main roads to avoid noise and traffic. Ample shopping, attractions, and services are nearby. As other reviews mention, the owners are great people and wonderful to work with! All communication was timely, clear, and straightforward. They were very responsive and helpful with questions. We highly recommend this property - our experience could not have been better!

This was our family's first time to the Myrtle Beach area and we weren't sure what to expect. Beach Haven was such a wonderful home to rent. From the time we walked in the door, we felt right at home. The home location is in more of a residential area, not on "the strip", which was great for us because we were really needing to relax. The ocean was so close - only about a 2 minute walk - the beaches were lovely. The kids were happy to still be able to use the condo's pools to swim in some fresh water several times. But we were still close to all the action. We loved the area off of Main Street where there's plenty of places to have a drink & eat without going too far. Barefoot Landing and Broadway On The Beach were great ! Only advise I have - do NOT wear flipflops because you do A LOT of walking. All in all - it was a fantastic trip and Ken & Lin were great to work with and communicated very well, answered all of our questions and made our trip to a place we'd never been before go very smooth...great folks to rent from.

Great Place !....The property was clean and well maintained. The pictures displayed on the listing were Exactly the way we found the house. Nice and quiet area and Very close to the beach. The parking was right beside the home and our family felt safe. The neighbors surrounding the complex were friendly and helpful. The owners were also available if there were any issues. Do not hesitate to Rent this Property. I am a very particular person and would highly reccomend this listing..

We loved staying in your home this week - the location is so close to the beach! It was just what we hoped for: exactly as described, very roomy, quiet, restful, and so comfortable! Thank you for you providing menus for many restaurants, too! Our favorite memories (of course) were our beach walks - from sunrise to sunset everyday - we had a wonderful vacation! Truly relaxing! My family could not have asked for a nicer place to stay and better people to rent from! You will not find a more open, honest and informative couple that helped us with all of questions along the way. Their home is located on a quiet street and only a few minutes from the beach. This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and the house was perfect. It is everything that was advertised and then some. Short walk to the beach and golf courses very close. Ken and Lin were great to deal with and I would rent from them again anytime. The neighborhood was quite and the neighbors were very nice. Hope to get to Myrtle Beach again and if so will definitely rent from these guys. Totally enjoyed the house and vacation.

Awesome house, great location, and very quiet. We had a great time and loved the house. We would definetly go back and stay here. We have been going to Myrtle Beach for about 8 years now and this has been our favorite. Very close to all the shopping malls and attractions. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your home.

The couple that owns this property are awesome to work with. They are very helpful and honest people! This is the second year my family have stayed in this property, which in itself tells you how much we love it! The beach is only about a blocks walk and very convenient parking. The neighborhood itself is nice, clean, quiet, and peaceful. We would highly recommend this house. Thanks again for letting us use it.

This was our second stay (2 weeks) at this property. The photos are very accurate and the property is well maintained both inside and out. We found the location to be perfect in that it's a short walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants, and a great little ice cream stand on the corner. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to all attractions. Looking forward to our third stay. Owners are the best.
