This unit is on an elevated first floor with amazing views of the beach. This unit is an upgraded three bedroom, three bath and has a balcony that connects to both the family room as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom has an oversized master bathroom has a jetted tub and shower. The queen room has private balcony and bathroom as well. The third room has twin bunk beds. The condo has a fold out queen sleeper sofa, TV and DVD player in family room and each bedroom, Stereo, full washer/dryer in the condo.

We have keyless entry, so there are no keys to keep up with while you are on the beach or at the pool! BBQ grills and beach volleyball next to the condo.

ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS:
Shops and restaurants are only minutes away from Grandview East.
Ripleys Museum is just two blocks away. New huge shopping center just

minutes from the condo. The airport is a 15 minute drive and there
are many watersport activities offered just out on the beach.
