The condo was very nice on the inside and outside. Within walking distance to Thomas Drive and the club scene. Nicely furnished and great service. no problem what so ever checking in and out. I would definitely stay again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We had a great time at Paul's condo. Good location, everything exactly as described above. There were plenty of nice towels, extra pillows and blankets. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids and had absolutely no space issues. October is great time to visit the beach, small crowds, good weather. (We did have two rain days, but that gave us time to go to Wonderworks & Gulf World Marine Park.) Beach chair service was a super extra touch. Our attendant Anthony was great. Just be sure to make your reservations as soon as you arrive so you can choose your preferred location. Only one drawback to note: if you are planning on staying for more than a couple of days, there are no dressers/chest of drawers in the two extra bedrooms, but there ARE good-sized walk-in closets. I would definitely stay in this condo again. THANKS!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Stayed in the owner's 3/3 bath unit #101 Feb. 15-18th, 2008, and it was wonderful and far beyond our expectations. The unit was large, very nice decor, and didn't expect the two masters! Will recommend to others and hope to stay again soon. The owners worked with us and allowed us to book one day before we arrived. Very pleased with the owner, and condo management who permitted us to view the owner's 4BR penhouse. The Penhouse is a unit we will purpose to rent in the future, very beautiful.
