A charming 4-bedroom "original" Bay Head home that is six houses to a spectacular, guarded beach and an easy walk to a quaint shore town.
Bay Head is one of the most beautiful towns on the Jersey Shore that has retained it's historic character while providing easy access to New York City, including train service. Once here, leave your car in the garage/driveway...most of your needs can be accessed by foot or bicycle, including the infamous Mueller's Bakery.
Location is important, especially if you have children, since the Bay Head beaches have somewhat limited parking and facilities. The close proximity to the beach insures that you will have enjoyable, convenient, and maximum beach time.
Families have been returning to Bay Head for generations since it offers a very unique summer experience. For kids, there is plenty to do while on the beach, from boogie-boarding to joining one of the many pickup games of whiffle ball or running bases. Away from the beach, kids can go crabbing, bike riding, play basketball, or participate in day camps offered in Bay Head or Point Pleasant.
We understand the importance of vacation and downtime. So, the home is exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and furnished...you only need to bring the "other" essentials, i.e. flip flops, a bathing suit, and a change of clothes.
If you are new to Bay Head, you may find yourself beginning a summer tradition after only your first summer stay. We have found it to be a very special place.
