We have been remiss in writing a review but have finally got around to it. If you are thinking of going to PV stay here. Shangri La is outstanding in every way. The views, the gym, the pool and of course the condos. Steves place is immaculate and has all modern convieniences. We had a hiccup with Passports coming down and Steve really tried to help us out. All your shopping is close as are the restaurants at the marina. Absolutely outstanding.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

My family and I stayed here in mid-March. I would highly recommend. The condo was very large and lovely. The management staff was welcoming and available to address questions or make suggestions. The facilities were first class all the way. From the huge infinity pool to the beautiful beach as well as the work out room right on the beach. We all loved having our own private elevator and not worring about forgetting our keys. I have stayed at very high end resorts & condos throughout Mexico and this stands up to the best.

My family really enjoyed our stay in this condo at the Shangri-La. The Shangri-La is ideal! Directly across from the Marina which has a multitude of restaurants and shops. The condo complex is safe, well maintained, and has an amazing pool that's great for kids and adults alike (zero-depth entry, lots of wading areas, half heated/half not). There is also a poolside restaurant open from 9 am - 6 pm that serves breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks. There are servers walking around at all times ready to please. The concierge and gate attendants were also very helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke perfect English and were great with the international and national guests alike! Great complex for families. Quiet complex - no loud partiers! Pool not crowded. Taxi's immediately available at all times and pick you up right at your tower. Steve was a wonderful owner from which to rent. He promptly replies to e-mails and has excellent communication with the renter. He is very clear on his policies and expectations. He provides excellent written contracts, maps, directions, recommendations, etc. His property managers were very responsive to our needs during our stay. Fast return of the security deposit as well. The condo itself is BEAUTIFUL! Coded elevator entrance (no keys to misplace!), laundry in the condo, gorgeous trim throughout, coded safe, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, massive storage closets, nice furniture. Very comfortable and clean. We absolutely LOVED the entire experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Positive experience all around!

Gorgeous Condo - best vacation ever.

This was our ninth winter vacation to Puerto Vallarta and the best one yet. Staying in this gorgeous Shangri-La condo made all the difference. With its fabulous ocean front location in the upscale Marina area, this condo has everything going for it as advertised by the owner, and more. Unlike the usual hassle in getting a decent hotel room at even the best resorts, knowing you have a beautiful place to stay before you leave home is a comfort in itself. Upon our arrival, we wanted to “stock-up” on groceries, treats and refreshments and a five minute cab ride later, we were loading our cart at the supermarket. When we returned to Shangri-La, the Concierge at our front door immediately produced another shopping cart where, within moments, we had it loaded and on our way up the private elevator which opens directly into the condo. The amazing convenience of simply pushing your loaded shopping cart right up to the kitchen cupboards, pantry and fridge cannot be overstated. What a labour-free delight. And speaking of convenience, whether we chose to eat in, and this condo had every amenity to make that a pleasurable experience, or eat out, the options were endless and within a ten minute stroll through the Marina area or right at our pool-side lounge chairs served by the friendly Shangri-La staff from the lovely pool-side restaurant and bar. Our experience in staying at this beautiful Shangri-La condo was absolutely delightful from the moment we arrived. We would love to do this all over again and hopefully we will. Finally, I would like to thank the owner Steve for his very helpful, considerate and friendly response to our every inquiry from our first contact helping to make this, our best vacation ever.
