Summer has accsess to all Tahoe Donner rec activities including 2 golf courses nearby, pools, steam, jacuzzi, tennis, Equestrian center, gym and Donner Lake access with 2 guest passes+ small fee. Backs to open wooded space, great for outdoor play, sledding, snowshoeing etc. Use of local ski area (Tahoe Donner) 5 min away, cross country sledding area.

Great restaurants in nearby area and downtown Truckee. Approximately 37 minutes from downtown Reno. Approximately 20 minutes from Tahoe City and Kings Beach. Ask for the Kubichek house on Davos Dr.

  • Awsome, Awsome, Awsome. The home is in a perfect private setting in the trees, with all of the windows facing the back. We had used the tahoe donner ski area and the family sled hill but my kids had the most fun in the rear yard of the house. We made a sled run for the kids and it was all day fun for my family. The home has a real cabin feel with snow all around, nice kitchen, great wood stove and heater (it was cold outside) tv's in most of the rooms, play station, and the loft was great with views of the yard from the A frame windows. the whole house is set up very nice and very clean. We had a blast, and for the price we definatly will go again. All around great time! Thanks Ron & Family...
