Accommodations:  Beachside Pool Home, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 9-10)

Come relax in this wonderful, spacious, very nicely and comfortably furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bath home (not a condo) with a beautiful pool in the private fenced backyard. It is a half block from the quiet, peaceful, no-drive, neighborhood beach which of course makes it within very close walking distance. This is in a very nice upscale residential area of Ormond-by-the-Sea, an oceanside community just North of the main Daytona Beach area. It is close and convenient to shopping and all area attractions.

The home has two large master bedrooms with a kingsize beds and private doors into the bathrooms. A third bedroom has 3 twin beds and the 4th has 2 twins. All the linens and towels are provided. There is a full, modern kitchen with a dishwasher and all appliances, pots, pans and dishes. There is a washer and dryer and we even provide laundry soap and dryer sheets. There is a 2 car garage and driveway parking, too.

This is a peaceful beach-side residential community a pleasant seven or eight miles drive North along the ocean from the main crowded Daytona Beach area. This modern, extra comfortable private home accommodates up to ten people

In the evening, take a stroll to the other end of the quiet, friendly, neighborhood street, to look out over the wide Halifax River and be dazzled by some of the most gorgeous (and romantic) sunsets you have ever seen!

Since we are near but not on top of all the area attractions, guests can experience the fun and excitement of all the special events, but come home to a relaxing, peaceful place when they choose. It is truly the best of both worlds.

The big attached garage holds two cars or lots of motorcycles.

Fishing enthusiasts can fish right off the surf, or take their boat in the river using one of the nearby boat ramps. Half and whole day party and/or charter fishing is also an option. The famous Flagler fishing pier is only a five minute drive along the beautiful beach.

There are many wonderful restaurants in the area. But of course, you will have a full modern kitchen. All in all, our Joys-R-Us beach house will provide the vacation you have always dreamed of with the perfect balance of excitement and relaxation!!
