Nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, but only a quick stroll to Old Town Alexandria, a seaport established in 1749 where the spirits of our founding fathers linger. Restaurants, antique stores, quaint old houses abound. The house is only a few short blocks from the metro blue and yellow lines and a 20 minute ride to Washington, DC.
Bike trails are abundant along the Potomac River only a mile and a half away that take you to Mt. Vernon, George Washington's historic mansion or to the nation's capitol or even as far as Maryland or west to the Blue Ridge Mountains! Rental bikes can be provided with advance notice.
