Just 60 footsteps from your front door to the beach! This is a perfect place for your family to relax and enjoy a memorable beach vacation. Located on the quiet north end of Shore Drive, "A Place At the Beach IV" offers you a beachfront resort that’s only a short drive from outlet shopping, restaurant row, Dixie Stampede, and many other attractions. Our unit is on the north side facing the pool and a landscaped courtyard. Sit on the balcony in the morning and watch the sunrise! In the afternoon shade, look for dolphins in the ocean or enjoy seeing your kids play in the pool!
Our first floor unit offers convenient access for loading and unloading. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need! The sunlit, tastefully decorated living room opens to the balcony and has a comfortable queen size sofa bed as well as other seating. A TV with DVD player is provided for your entertainment. The master bedroom, also opening to the balcony, has a queen sized bed, a TV, a window with an ocean view, as well as a private bathroom (NEWLY REMODELED AND ENLARGED) with a shower. The guest room has two twin beds, so that the unit can sleep a total of six people. Both bedrooms have large closets with ample hanging space and storage for your luggage. The main bathroom is a full bath with tub/shower.
Two high deck chairs beckon you to relax and enjoy the great beach view from the covered balcony. A spacious pool deck with reclinable lounge chairs surrounds the large main pool and the kiddie pool. For your comfort, the pool is heated in the spring and fall, and outside showers are located near both the pool and the beach. Hungry? Cook a juicy steak at the outdoor grills and enjoy the sea breeze as you eat at the picnic tables on the beautiful and well-kept grounds!

All rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Linens are not included; renter provides their own sheets and towels. Linens and towels can be supplied by owner for a $40.00 charge. Outgoing cleaning services included in the rental price. Coin washer and dryer available. No smoking or pets. No motorcycles or trailers allowed. Renter must be at least 25 years old. All rentals are subject to S. C. and Horry County taxes.
