This upscale 2,500 square foot custom home is in the ideal location. Perfectly situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Laguna Village with plenty of parking space. Only 4 short blocks to Main Beach and downtown with all the renowned art galleries, shops and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance including grocery stores, movie theater and the public pool and tennis courts – you don’t even need to use a car. You can take the trolley from downtown to all of the summer art festivals.
This single level home is completely remodeled and is a designers dream with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an open and expansive living, dining and kitchen great room and laundry room. The kitchen is an entertainer’s delight with Viking appliances (refrigerator, double oven, 6 burner range with griddle and wine cooler) and Bosch dishwasher and microwave. Everything you need is provided including pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker and even the coffee and condiments. The 16 foot long island with granite countertops seats eight comfortably and is a great place for your family and friends to sit while the chef is whipping up dinner or breakfast.
Beautiful maple hardwood floors are in over half of the home and large skylights and custom sliding doors keep the home light and airy. Enjoy two gas log fireplaces in the great room when there’s a chill from the ocean air at night. Watch the sun set over Catalina from the living room deck lounge chairs. Each of the three bedrooms has sliding glass doors to either a deck or the private backyard where you can enjoy a glass of wine. We provide you with a wine & snack welcome basket and we stock the refigerator with a few essentials so you don't have to race to the grocery store on your first day. We even provide a toiletry basket filled with lotion, bubble bath, shampoo/conditioner, etc. If you’re feeling energetic, we have a tread mill with a TV in the guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV/DVD and large soaking bathtub with multiple body jets. A guest room has a king bed with a deck and TV. Another guest room has 2 twin trundle beds and with a Jack and Jill bathroom and large walk-in closet. For those with a laptop, we have wireless Internet throughout the home.
This home is owned by a Laguna Beach artist and you can enjoy all of the unique and original paintings and sculptures. The backyard is very private with plenty of seating to enjoy the lovely and relaxing sculpture garden, hammock, walking path and fountain. There’s four TVs with cable and HBO in the master and living room. Feel free to enjoy a lemon, orange or avocado from one of our fruit trees when in season! We even have beach chairs, umbrella, kite and a cooler for you to bring to the beach. A great place to stay for the months of July and August - peak season!

My family of 6 stayed in this lovely home in early October. It was wonderful! The kitchen is open and fabulous, the living areas are large and comfortable as well. The home is decorated with beatiful contempory furnishings. The location was great, close to town and beach, but yet quiet and peaceful. The kids roasted marshmellows in the backyard fire pit. Marilyn was so accomodating and welcomed us with a fabulous basket of goodies, and a fridge with the basics. I would stay there again in a heart beat. In my opinion it beats any hotel, to be that comfortable and have that much beautiful space and to not have to eat every meal out. It's the way to go!
