Overlooking the Base Area - Winter Park Lodging Skiing Luxury at its Best! SKI IN SKI OUT, Brand New Construction in the heart of Winter Park's New Base Village. Steps away from skiing, dining, and all the other activities you are here to enjoy. Free shuttle bus can take you to downtown Winter Park for additional food & fun! My Unit is a one bedroom one bathroom, located on the top floor of the New Fraser Crossing Building. There is heated underground parking and a designated ski locker, located in a separate heated room off the garage (no need to haul all the skis and boots up to the room!). The unit overlooks the base area and ski slopes, with an oversize deck to enjoy the afternoon sun. The unit will sleep 4 people with a King bed in the bedroom and a queen pull out sofa. The Unit is furnished with linens and soaps but does not offer daily maid service. Contact info for information & emergencies will be given before stay. I send you the key and you go directly to the unit. No hassling with check in. Note: $35.00 charge for keys and parking permit not returned or left on table. One time cleaning fee of $75.00 not included in rental rate/Damage deposit required (deposit will not be returned if it is evident that there has been smoking in the unit)
