This Hilton Head nicely decorated first floor villa is in a sunny location near the pool. No other St. Andrews unit is more convenient to get to that this one. Our side door is steps from parking, so bringing in groceries & luggage from your car is so easy- no steps to climb! Guests keep coming back to enjoy our new appliances & NEW LEATHER queen sleeper & loveseat in the living room, which we keep very clean.

Two FULL SIZE bedrooms/2 baths, a potenial 3RD bedroom/keeping room off the kitchen, all offer you lots of private sleeping space. A KING bed is in the master with a private bath, and the guest room has 2 twin beds, and is adjacent to a private bath. The semi-private "keeping room" has a full size fold out sofabed, and there is a queen sofabed in the living room. (Sleeps 4-6.)
There are THREE TVs with cable. One in each bedroom, and one in the living room. The living room has as NEW Flat Screen LCD TV & DVD player, and a comfy recliner to kick back & watch the golf channel in. The guest room has a VCR player, to include a VCR video library for your enjoyment.
The kitchen has NEW STAINLESS STEEL appliances & a large capacity washer and dryer, & the fridge is huge & clean. You won't regret selecting this villa as your place to stay in Hilton Head!

Why the Owner Chose St. Andrews Common
While viewing properties for sale in 2003, we wanted to buy in a private resort area. Palmetto Dunes was just right for us because it's size is not too big, and not too small. With 2 beach accesses, 3 golf courses and an excellent tennis court facility, Palmetto Dunes was the place for us. We picked St. Andrews Common because the units are clustered in groups of 4 per building, vs. all in one building, which makes it very private. The layout is spacious, and having the wrap around patio & garden makes our place feel more like a second home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We like being close to the pool because it makes it easier to tote your floats, towels, and picnic lunch to and from the pool. When we bought our villa, it came furnished, but over the years, we have personalized it with NEW furniture, appliances, & beach decor. We also put in a brand new heating and air conditioner last year to make our guests comfortable with no worries about anything needing repair.

We have just got back from our 2 week holiday in this villa and have had a great time. The villa is spacious and bright and the master bed (the only one we used) is very comfortable indeed. Air con works well and there are 2 full bathrooms with good showers. The villa is close to the pool and being on ground level easy to access, although, on reflection, we would have preferred a second floor property as this would have allowed us to have more sun on the wraparound porch.It is close to many HH amenities and it is possible to walk to many restaurants for dinner.The place is very nicely kept and we had no problems.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Had a wonderful week at your Villa. Beautiful weather, and easily accessible to Beech and Pool as well as other Island attractions. Close enough to Savannah for a nice day trip to see the sight there as well. Hope to make this a new Annual event and will be back next year!

This is a great spot. Our family enjoyed our vacation very much. The villa is so spacious and is fully equipped right down to any kitchen utensil you made need. Convenient parking and close to the pool. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio which was so private. Would highly recommend this villa

Great trip! Love the patio/porch area- so private, secluded and restful- a perfect spot for morning coffee and a few chapters of a favorite book. Convenient to pool, parking, bike racks and everything else Palmetto Dunes has to offer.

Susan and Steve, The week we spent at your villa was exceptional and went by way too fast! The villa was as good or better than depicted in the photos. There was plenty of space and sleeping room for the few days our family was together. It is very nicely decorated and comfortable with everything needed to make it enjoyable for everyone. With it being centrally located it was convenient to all the "running" we had to do to get ready for our son's wedding. We spent the last week of Jan and first week of Feb at the Philpott's Villa and had a wonderfull time. It was our first visit to Hilton Head and we enjoyed every minute. The villa is clean and comfortable and we recommend it highly, and intend on returning next year.

The villa was perfect for us to meet up with friends from Ohio. It was clean, comforatble and convenient. The pool was steps away - the kids loved it. The beach was minutes away with easy access at the Disney Beach area. The bike trails are wonderful. We have stayed at Palmetto Dunes for the past 5 years and truly enjoy the area and this villa was a great find and a place we hope to make a yearly stop.

I wanted to be certain to add a comment about this wonderful Villa. We just returned from 4 nights. We had a wonderful time, the villa is decorated as if a designer from one of those magazines just designed it. It is peaceful and so very clean. We loved watching the turtels (we counted 41) at the pond by the pool. The bike trails are so pretty. It felt like we had escaped to a different world. We love this villa and will be back soon.
