As soon as you open the door of our 1 bedroom, beach getaway and immediately see the Atlantic Ocean in front of you.....it hits you. It’s time to relax.
And relax you will because we cater to those couples or families looking for a reasonable, beach side vacation. We charge based on occupancy and not on our prime, first row, Myrtle Beach location or our magnificent ocean views.
Drop your bags in the queen size, private bedroom or choose one of your other two sleeping options, both of which offer ocean views - another queen sleeping area in the main living section or the new pull out queen sofa. Our place sleeps 6 comfortably and is our maximum capacity.
The bright, cheery, beach décor throughout our home, urges you to put on your flip flops and pull out the blender which you will find in the compact but well appointed ceramic tiled kitchen. The kitchen features a full size refrigerator with ice maker, a microwave, an apartment sized stove, any kitchen appliance you might need during the course of your stay – toaster, coffee maker, blender and all of your utensils, cookware, and dinnerware.
Off of the kitchen is the ceramic tiled bathroom with a full size tub and shower combination and of course – tropical colors. The sink area features a generous sized vanity for your bottles of suntan lotion and aloe. So you can pack a little lighter, a wall mounted hair dryer is also supplied.
To take in the sea air, open the full view glass sliders to the generous sized balcony. Sit and watch the ocean waves crash, the people walking Ocean Blvd, or watch the swimmers at the pool below. If you tire of your ocean view, two TVs with cable and DVD are back inside.
Because our beach condo is part of the Blue Water Resort, as our guests, you have access to all the resort has to offer – an oceanfront pool and deck, 3 other swimming pools (one of which is just below our place), a “lazy river”, 3 outdoor whirlpools, 1 indoor whirlpool, 3 kiddie pools, free wireless internet access in the lobby of the resort, free on-site racquetball, a 70 ft. indoor pool complex, a video game room for the kids, a café and a beachfront bar and grill.
We’ve listened to the needs of our guests and tried to offer everything we can to ensure you a great vacation. We’ve supplied an electronic safe so you have no worries about your valuables, and iron and ironing board so you have no worries about your appearance and a telephone with free local calling so you have no worries about getting area attraction information, food delivery, or making reservations.
The villa our 3rd floor condo is in features an elevator, ice makers, and laundry facilities. We offer free on-site parking for up to 2 cars.
So that we can offer every guest the same great experience, we ask that you not smoke. We have found that most people prefer to bring their own bath and bed linens so we ask that you do so or select to rent a linen package. In order to maintain the up most level of cleanliness and for your peace of mind, we have our place professionally cleaned between every guest. We rent to those of at least 25 years of age or a married couple. A $275 security deposit is collected at the time of your reservation. Provided that there has been no damage, theft, or breach of our rental agreement, the $275 is refunded within the week after your departure. We ask that the first half of your vacation be paid for 60 days prior to your arrival and that your vacation be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival. Deposits are refundable if your reservation is canceled 60 or more before your scheduled arrival.
