The perfect place to relax and breathe in the fresh ocean air.
We love our third floor, non-smoking, air conditioned, 2-bedroom, 2-full-bath oceanfront condo on Amelia Island. We stay very frequently at our condo, and we think you will enjoy the homey touches.
Waking up, you will have a wonderful ocean view from your king size bed in the master bedroom. Then, enjoy breakfast on the oversized balcony watching the beach, listening to the relaxing ocean and the shrieks of the seagulls, and spotting dolphins in the distance. Even from the open-space living room and dining room, you can enjoy this great view.
The second bedroom consists of two twin beds. The kitchen comes complete with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, and has all your cooking supplies. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, games, puzzles, TV, DVD,VCR, and Wi-Fi are all available to make your stay more comfortable.
A few years ago, the entire exterior of our 24-unit building was renovated. You have free access to tennis court and pool (heated in cool weather). The beach lies right in front, with an access board walk over the dunes.
We love taking a half hour walk along the beach to the Ritz-Carlton to enjoy a cup of coffee or sample one of their restaurants. You will enjoy Amelia’s white sand beaches and all the wonderful restaurants and interesting boutiques in nearby historic Fernandina Beach.
