  This condo is extremely comfortable - very spacious and was clean and neat. The balcony overlooking the ocean was surprisingly huge and can easily accommodate 6 or more people. The view is truly gorgeous. It is also nice that the complex has an immaculate pool and tennis court.Any couple or family would be beyond satisfied and really comfortable here. In sum, this lovely beachfront condo is nice and neat as a pin. Highly recommend!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We had a very relaxing week. The condo is very cozy and comfortable. I felt right at home. The Island is great. Even our boys enjoyed a more relaxed vacation for a change. We hope to return again.{this was written in the guest book]

  What a vacation! My favorite part of the vacation was stepping in the condo after a long day on the beach. We are so grateful to have an aunt and uncle that live here ( Janice and Weldon). I believe they gave us the best room in the complex. We will request this room each time we return to this beautiful and relaxing city. [this was written in the guest book]

  This was our first time in condo 303 and it was beautiful. We had a wonderful vacation & enjoyed the condo. Everything was so comfortable and the interior design was a delight.   This is our first time to stay on Amelia Island. The large balcony & very nice patio furniture allowed us many wonderful hours of viewing the ocean. The condo is so beautiful & tasteful decorated & furnished in such a manner of luxory and comfort. We loved the peaceful surroundings & was impressed with how well the grounds were kept. We thank you for sharing your condo so others can enjoy the beautiful Amelia Island. If we return we would like to stay in 303 [this was entered in the guest book]

  This is our 14th year ( I think) at Atlantis. Our group always uses four-five units so we have an opportunity to see most of the rental units over time. This is a beautiful condo and so well equipped. It really made this vacation luxurious. Thank you for sharing your home with us.   Packing again to return to beautiful Illinois the "real"world. We really enjoyed unit 303 and think of it as our second home. This is our 13th year on Amelia, 6 at Atlantis, 4 in 303. This is our favorite. The new furniture is pretty and very comfortable. Always something new in 303. We are certainly looking forward to 3 more months next year. Thanks again.
