Wonderful 5 bedroom house on Conesus Lake. Beautiful views on the sunset side of the lake with afternoon breezes. Watch the sun set from the outdoor deck. Updates are continual throughout the house. Main bath is only two years old.
Each bedroom has a theme, classic, southwestern, white wicker, sports, fish. This house is set up for your vacation fun. Dock, swim platform, paddle boat, 2 kayaks, life vests. Bring your own fishing poles for fishing. A foosball table is indoors to keep the kids busy on a rainy day.
If you have kids, Minnehans fun center is a 10 minute ride away with a restaurant, go karts, batting cages, and mini golf. A local drive-in movie theater is only 15 minutes away.
For fine dining the Conesus Inn is walking distance, only five houses away on the lake. The Conesus Inn is well known for it's prime rib and crab legs. Enjoy a day of wine tasting in the Finger Lakes and enjoy a fine dining dinner after.

Why the Owner Chose Conesus
Conesus Lake is close to Rochester and Geneseo and has great restaurants and fishing. The water is warm, the people are nice and it is a fun lake to come to. Minnehans Fun Center is great for the kids with go karts and mini golf and batting cages.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We chose Conesus Lake because of the quaintness of the lake and area. The little convenience store, Shoreless Acres is adorable. The lake is beautiful. The afternoon breezes are refreshing. The kids love to fish off the dock. We are walking distance from the Conesus Inn, well know for it's prime rib and crab legs. The Conesus Lake Ring of Fire on July 3 has more fireworks than anywhere you have ever seen.
Great upscale Drive In with mini golf, chicken dinners, arcade. Check their web site for weekly events, like classic car show, country bands etc.
Walk up the creek in the gorge to the beautiful waterfalls where you can stand underneath and let the water fall over you. Swim in the creek pool (lifeguard attended)

Hi, My wife and I purchased this home and spent many hours working on it to make it a nice comfortable place to vacation. Every year we add something new, from the $10,000 bathroom to new appliances. We have five children and love coming to the lake house with beautiful scenery and being on the water with our boat. We want you to enjoy our house and have lasting family memories.

What a wonderful time we had. Great for our grandchildren and ALL the family. Just a boat ride away from restaurants and Long Point Park. Even though we are local, it felt like we were miles away on vacation. Hope to go back year after year!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

We had a lovely stay here! Comfortable accommodations, quiet neighborhood, and the fishing off the pier was incredible for our young grandchildren. They had a great time! It's been over a year and they still bring it up and ask when we can return. Having the kayaks and paddle boats were a nice plus. To do any serious fishing, you would probably want to rent a boat from the nearby marina, but this was not the objective of our trip. As I recall the only thing that would have been a nice improvement would have been the addition of a dishwasher. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. We hope to return one day.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
