This 2,915 square foot home has panoramic gulf and lake views. Special features include a media room outfitted with a 100 inch projection screen TV with surround sound, two complete kitchens, a weight room, 1400 square feet of outdoor porches and a tower room.
Every room in the house has either a gulf or lake view, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and French doors leading to the abundant porches.
The Carillon Beach community has 24 hour gated security, 3 pools (including the gulf front beach club just 8 houses to the west of Family Matters), 2 tennis courts, a deluxe children’s playground, a 12 acre lake and multiple private beach pavilions.
Ground Level: Two car garage and parking for 2 additional parking spaces. Entry foyer with bench. A handicap friendly ramp leading to the second floor.
Second Level: This level features a kitchen which has stainless appliances including separate ice maker, mini frig, microwave and dishwasher. Media room has 100” projection screen TV with surround sound, DVD and VCR, large sectional sofa, café table with three chairs, ample lamps and a work desk.
Queen master bedroom has 2 bedside tables with lamps, bureau, side chair, armoire and a private tiled bath with granite vanity sink, jetted tub and separate shower. Queen guest bedroom has bedside tables with lamps, bureau, and TV/VCR. Hall bath has granite vanity sink and walk-in shower. Lockable workout room with weight machine, padded floor and TV/VCR (guests ages 15 and up only). Stackable washer/dryer.
Third Level: This level features a second full kitchen which has stainless appliances including a large frig with icemaker, range, microwave and dishwasher. Living/Dining room includes a comfortable sofa, 2 plush side chairs, ample lamps and side tables, plus a dining table that seats 6. Balconies on this level have a gas grill, 4 adirondack chairs, 2 rockers, and an outdoor dining table.
Queen master bedroom has 2 bedside tables with lamps, bureau, side chair, armoire with 27” TV and a private tiled bath with granite vanity sink and large walk-in shower. Queen guest bedroom has bedside tables with lamps, bureau, and side chair. Bunk room features 2 twin beds, bureau and side chair. Hall bath has granite vanity sink and walk-in shower. Stackable washer/dryer.
Fourth Level: Up the final flight of stairs you will find the tower room furnished with work desk with 2 chairs, leather side chair with ottoman, lamps, wireless internet, and on the balcony, a large table for enjoying the spectacular panoramic gulf and sunset views!
