If you are looking for the perfect Southern California beach vacation look no further. Our condo, located within the gated Solana Beach and Tennis Club, is close to everything you want to do on vacation.
A quick walk down the stairs and you are on the beach. If you are interested in activities other than relaxing or playing on the beach, consider the tennis courts or jacuzzi at your disposal. There is also spectacular shopping at the Cedros Design Center just a short walk away. Another option is to spend a day at the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, or Legoland. All are within a 20 minute drive of our condo. There are wonderful restaurants in every direction and many within walking distance. Let us also remember The Torrey Pines Golf Course and the World Famous Del Mar Racetrack just minutes from our condo.
In our condo there are 2 bedrooms upstairs.One has a queen bed and bathroom . The second bedroom has a queen and bunk bed and an easily accessible bathroom across the hall. Both bedrooms share a cozy balcony. There is another bathroom and spacious balcony on the main level. All bathrooms have recently been remodeled. A sit up bar, eat in kitchen and dining room offer plenty of space to entertain friends and family.

Why the Owner Chose Solana Beach
I rented a condo in this complex for a family vacation and I fell in love with the area and the condo complex. Solana Beach is a wonderful location for families, to come by myself, or with friends.In a nutshell, The location is perfect and I love the private feel of the beach here.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There are so many different activities I enjoy while in Solana Beach. For happy hour I like Poseidon, the Brigatine, Jakes, en Fuego, and Sebecas. Enjoying the view and live music at the Plaza in Del Mar is always fun. Walking down to Fletcher's Cove with my grandchildren is another fun diversion. The Farmers Market has delicious organic produce. There are too many things to list but the beach is my favorite.
A cute little park with grass and playground overlooking the ocean. There is live music here sometimes.
A street with wonderful shopping, restaurants, and various businesses.
Rubios, Pacific Coast Grill, California Pizza Kitchen, Stone Cold Creamery, Nail Salon, Coffee Shop, etc.etc.

Great close-in beach condo well appointed

We were there in Mar 2011 and had a wonderful time. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and well maintained. The community has pools. spas, and tennis courts. The unit is only fifty feet from the ocean bluff which has great views. We recomment this condo for just about anyone.

I love Solano Beach and wanted to stay for a week with my husband and our daughter. The condo complex has ample parking, is well-maintained with a pool table, tennis courts, large pool and jacuzzi. The condo itself was clean with plenty of pots and pans for cooking and it seemed that all the comforts we needed to feel at home were considered. I love the beaches and especially all of the good restaurants in the area. Alisha made booking the condo easy! She was prompt and courteous. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. We will be returning next spring.
