Brewster Village is a delightful area. This is a great family place. Nicely appointed and lovingly cared for. You can walk everywhere. The bay is one half mile, Nauset is 15 minutes by car or by the rail trail, and the Brewster store is five doors down the street.
There is a flat lawn in front that is good for touch football and a big back yard that includes a fun stream to explore though it could be muddy! We will leave the hose outside to clean up! There is a great sense of privacy since the house is set back from the street behind a fence.
