BOATERS WELCOME! Walk down to your own private boat dock, nested in a beautiful, protected cove in Point Venture. You will love the convenience of safely leaving your boat in the water overnight!It is still accessable even with low water levels.
Enjoy 2 large decks, and water views of the lake. Our newly renovated townhouse includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a fireplace. It sleeps 7-10. There are 2 queen beds, 2 day beds (one converts into a King bed) a futon, and air mattress. You will see plenty of deer roaming freely!
Lake Travis is a beautiful lake with 44,000 acres of cool, clean and clear water. There is plenty of room for boating and water sports plus many coves where you can swim and relax. There are plenty of activities to choose from in the gated community of Point Venture, such as the 9 hole golf course, Jr. Olympic swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, and a work out room.
There is also a private 50 acre park, with 2 boat ramps, children's playground, and picnic tables. You will also have access to the Point Venture Marina, which includes a fuel dock, and floating restaurant 'The Pier", formerly "Shades".
