Want to escape the day to day chaos and RELAX in a tropical paradise? Beautiful landscaping on Fripp Island will entice you to explore every aspect of this island. Bikes are provided to use on the Bike Paths and Hiking trails that lead you to many points of interest on the island. Breakfast on the screened porch overlooking the lagoon to the 17th hole of Ocean Creek Gold Course while enjoying the wildlife is a great way to start your day. Deer, Birds, Raccoons, Gators and other forms of wildlife provide the sounds of nature found only on Fripp. Hop on our golf cart and head to the beautiful sandy beaches just 4 minutes away to soak up the sun, discover unique shells and relax to the sound of the tides. Fripp Island Resort offers access the pools at the Beach or Cabana Club, tennis courts, two championship golf courses and several restaurants with the amenity cards that may be available upon request.

Our home has two master suites bedrooms equipped with modern upscale decor and luxury linens for the king size beds and private baths as well as a balcony for island view. The downstairs suite is fully handicapped accessible. The third bedroom has two double beds and a full bath to accommodate the children or other guests. Don't need 3 bedrooms....We can convert to 2 bedroom and reduce your price to accomodate smaller groups.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and numerous small appliances that will make even the best chefs happy. It has all the necessary cooking and kitchen wares and utinsels needed for a party of 12. two outdoor grills are also avaialble for the outdoor cooking.

Dish Satellite offers 250 channels for your viewing/listening pleasure and is available in every room. VCR , DVD, stereo/CD, movies, games, and puzzles are provided for the occasional rainy day or late nights . Bring your laptop to enjoy our high speed wireless Internet access.

Outdoor shower, beach chairs, umbrella and numerous other beach accessories are available for your convenience. Be sure to take time to watch sunset or sunrise. You will appreciate nature as never before! Let "Fripp Happen" at our island getaway for a vacation to remember!!!

  • Our week at "Fripp Tides" was delightful. The home is very comfortable and fully equipt for a family of eight. My favorie spot was on the porch in the rocking chairs. Often, I was visited by a family of deer or the 8 foot aligator! We utilized the golf cart and bikes daily. Accessibility was important to me and all my needs were easily met. Thanks for sharing your home!

  • We have stayed in this home several times and enjoy it more and more. The golf cart is great and tends to leave the others behind. The house is comfortable in every way and has everything you could possibly need while away from home. We especially enjoy sitting on the screened in porch and watching for gators to appear in the lagoon. We look forward to another visit soon.

The location is perfect, next to a wonderful golf course and very convenient to shops on the Island. Cottage is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Golf cart and bikes made getting around the Island very easy. Thank you for a great stay! I will be back!!

  • This is a nice, comfortable place and is centrally located. All three bedrooms with full baths are really nice and all rooms had a nice breeze blowing through all the time that we were there. Fripp Island was wonderful with all the amenities, lots to do for all ages, not to mention the beautiful beaches.
