The Wilderness Resort was rated the #1 Waterpark Resort across the NATION for 2007-2008 by WaterPark Resort Today's IT Book. It is the largest indoor waterpark in the United States with three separate themed waterparks totaling over 200,000 square feet. Featured parks are:
* The Great Wave, indoor wave pool at the Wild Kingdome. A state of the art foil tech structure covers the 68,000 sq. ft. waterpark area. The foil tech cover allows UV rays to enter for tanning and plant growth year round. Even in the cold winter months, the wild kingdome will allow you to enjoy a sunny and warm waterpark environment. You can literally get suntan in the middle of winter!
* Wild West - a 70,000 sq. ft. themed indoor waterpark includes "The Surge," the Midwest's only hands-on interactive indoor wave pool complete with "Master Blasters" and depth charges.
The "Fantastic Voyage," the Dell's only 5-person raging raft ride.
Ransack Ridge, a four-story interactive play feature that is the largest in the U.S., complete with body slides, cannons, turrets and water blasters. The area also has four speed slides and indoor/outdoor hot spas.
* Klondike Kavern is the perfect escape offering over 65,000 square feet of nonstop indoor waterpark fun. It includes a 180-foot body slide, two 500-foot tube rides which drop five-stories plus The Hurricane, where up to four guests plummet 58 ft down a thrilling, dark tunnel ride before dropping into a funnel where they experience several hair-raising oscillations and then splash into a pool below. Also in this area is Bonanza Brook, a 500-foot lazy river and Sulfur Springs pool and hot spa, both with indoor-to-outdoor access.

* Located in the Wild West Region, Timberland Playhouse is a spectacular, 30,000 square-foot, four-story DRY interactive park that features countless foam ball blasters, a ball fountain that launches hundreds of balls into the air at once, interesting crawl spaces and slides that are guaranteed to make your stomach flip-flop.
* Northern Lights Arcade - huge 15,000 square-foot interactive arcade with high tech fun and other games, some of which are redeemable for tickets

* SNOW-TUBING in Wilderness Territory - NOW OPEN! With a great natural snow base already, along with our snow-making equipment to help out, our runs are in GREAT condition! We even have a rope tow to speed up the action and save your energy for the fun!

*Our Condominium is part of Glacier Canyon Lodge. It is connected to the main hotel and water parks by an enclosed walkover so you never have to go outside to get to all three water parks, arcades and restaurants yet you still have the luxury of a high end condominium complete with a 42" plasma television over the fireplace, granite counter tops and much more!
The condo can accommodate 6 to 13 guests. There is one bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a twin over queen bunkbed. There is one full bath and one half bath. There is a full kitchen, dining area and living room that has a Murphy bed for an additional sleeping area plus an adjoining room with two queen size beds plus a sleeper sofa with one full bath and a kitchenette. You have the option of not renting the additional room if you don't need the extra space.
***Water park passes are included with rental!
Please note that the calendar is not updated. I have to call The Wilderness directly to see if the condo. is available with each inquiry as they manage it directly and it is constantly being marketed for rental so I don't know if it is available until I call. Thanks so much!
