Hello, and thanks for your interest in Lot #1317. House is ground level with only one step up to enter. Located on wide street with pond view and fishing. Only a short walk to beach (about 200 yards).
During the summer months (June,July,august) I rent weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Sept. through May is available for monthly, weekly or by the night rentals(two night min). A $200 deposit is required to hold your reservation. When balance is paid (no later than 30 days before check-in) I will mail entry information and form for express check-in.
Express check-in gives you the opportunity to pre-register your vehicle(s) before you go to Ocean Lakes. If you use this service during the peek summer season it will save you a long wait in line. When your vehicle is pre-registered you simply drive by those lines and directly into the park. There is a $3/day fee by Ocean Lakes for parking pass.
Large den is located off kitchen with sofa recliner, recliner, rocker and 32” TV, DVD/VCR/Stereo. The master bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, TV, DVD/VCR and full bath with full size washer and dryer. There are two bedrooms with full beds that share a full bath off hallway.
The kitchen is fully equipped including refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, microwave, dishes and silverware, full size range. Linens, towels and paper products not furnished. Walmart located close by if you forgot anything. Grill and TV outside for your cookout needs. There is enough room to park two vehicles. Parking and covered patio area are all paved.
Please note: Ocean Lakes is a family oriented community, I rent to families and responsible adults who fit that category. I do not rent to groups of people who come to party including but not limited to fraternities, high school or college graduation groups, spring breakers, or other non-family groups.
Any misrepresentation of your age or other information will result in immediate termination of the agreement and/or eviction without a refund.
