Our two story Bird House is perfect for families or groups of friends. There is a Queen size bed and a single bed upstairs, and a Queen size bed with two single beds downstairs. It also has a full kitchen downstairs and a wet bar with fridge upstairs, and a bathroom on each floor. We also have a cable running high speed, DSL internet to the house. Save money in your own private hideaway and cook your meals at home. If you feel like dining in town, the world famous Loco Natural restaurant is always a splendid way to spend your evening. There are many other options for local and international cuisine as well.
We enjoy sharing our little piece of paradise with our guests, and have been doing so for the last fourteen years. We live on our 8 acre farm and are available to help ensure your stay with us is a pleasant one. So come and try some of our organic fruit and let nature brighten your vacation. - We have several hundred meters of trails that loop through our farm and lead to the beach. The trails are ideal for wildlife viewing and birding.

The house is avaiable year round and is perfect for families or groups of friends.
1 - 4 guests for $80/night (3 night minimum),$500/week, $1500/month.
Short term additional guests are $10 per person per night. We encourage long term
stays with special discounted rates.

Why the Owner Chose Puerto Viejo
We built our rental houses ourselves. We began 17 years ago, developing our proerty little by little. This house was made 2 years ago with wood from our farm and surrounding farms.

We offer privacy seldom experienced in a vacation rental. Each of our four houses has its own entrance and garden spread throughout 8 acres of lush green forest and farm. We also have excellent birding and wildlife opportunities. We just inauguarated a new nature walk down to the creek and upstream to a beautiful little waterfall.
