Rate Details (In US Dollars)
A deposit of $1,500 is required within 14 days of our guarantee to hold the unit
for your arrival date and to ensure timely departure, return
of keys, inspection of condition, and observance of no smoking,
no pets, and considerate behavior policy. $150 cleaning fee.
In addition to deposit, one month's rent is due on arrival. The Hawaii
rental code requires a minimum stay of no less than 180 days to avoid
triggering the additional 7.2% transient accommodations tax.
General excise tax is 4.166% regardless of length of stay. Rates:$2,400-$3,000/mo.
