It also includes 2 TV's, stereo, CD player, DVD player, video game system, board games, pool lounges, and much more.
The complex is very, very safe and very private. Of the 26 luxury units, only up to 40% are usually occupied at any given time, with most guests being from Canada, America, or Holland.
