You can be right on the beach overlooking the ocean at the area's premier resort...all at a tremendous value! Rent directly from us, the owners, rather than paying the markup of a property management company.
This open yet cozy 5th-floor studio is tiled throughout. It has a KING bed next to a full wall of windows overlooking the Gulf. The sitting area has a comfortable sofa that folds out to a queen-size bed for the kids; sofa is perfect for relaxing after a day out in the sun or on the golf course. The dining room table seats 4 for a snack, full dinner or games. The kitchenette has everything you need to cook complete meals, but remember that you're on vacation! Full-size bathroom with shower/tub combo. The condo comes equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD/VCR. There is also an efficency washer and dryer so you can pack light yet always have clean clothes.
The balcony will be a highlight of your vacation, with commanding views of the miles of pristine beach. Sit and watch the sunset with your friends and favorite beverage. The condo is just a few steps from the Beachside II pool and beach. Guests also have access to the Beachside II fitness center plus community grills and bike racks.
Beachside II is in the premier Gulf side of Sandestin, the most beautiful destination resort on the Emerald Coast. The sugar white sandy beach and large pool are just a short elevator ride away. Amenity Cards are available for purchase which will allow access to the many resort activities.
Sandestin has everything you need on your vacation - shopping, dining, and entertainment are all right in the resort. Play golf on one of four championship courses, or tennis on one of the 15 championship tennis courts. At the marina, you can dock your own boat or rent everything from kayaks to jet skis. Take the short drive or water taxi to the Village of Baytowne Wharf and its 40 shops, bars, and restaurants, including live music and seasonal fireworks. And you’ll never forget the pristine, wide, glorious beach.
There’s no need to leave Sandestin until your vacation is over, although the resort is close to other great Destin restaurants and shopping. Silver Shells Outlet Mall is a mile down Highway 98, Destin Commons is just a little further, and it’s just 10 minutes to the Big Kahuna water park and go-cart tracks.
Sandestin is easy to walk, bike or drive through. Sandestin Amenity Cards can be purchased if you would like access to the resort shuttle and additional pool, plus the ability to rent beach chairs, bicycles, tennis court time and other activities.

Why the Owner Chose Beachside Two
Being in real estate since 1995, we have access to a multitude of real estate publications and Internet articles covering places throughout the United States. We noticed that we repeatedly saw write-ups and "best of" articles on Destin, Florida and the Sandestin Resort. We flew to Destin to check out the area. After several hours of previewing various properties that had condos for sale, we came across the Sandestin Resort. The resort was well maintained, offered a variety of condo options (golf vs. beach vs bayside) and was in a great location - ocean accessible without the heavy, grid-lock traffic. Since we desired ocean front views, we decided on the Beachside II building. Our current condo is the second one we've had in Beachside II, Sandestin Resort. We sold our first condo so that we could move up to a higher floor unit.
The Unique Benefits at this Studio
With our fifth-floor condo being ocean front, we enjoy the beach and water views as well as the spectacular sun sets. Just within steps of the building, the private Beachside II pool is available for quick dips and sun tans; a few more steps take you to the resort-only beach with pristine white sand and open air. All guests have access to the Beachside II fitness center and grassed BBQ area. Additional amenities are available at the resort with the purchase of a Sandestin Amenity Card. The resort property includes a golf course, convenient shopping, Starbucks and an array of restaurants plus access to the Baytowne Wharf portion of the resort which offers more restaurants, shopping and live music. Beyond the Sandestin Resort is tons of shopping (including an outlet mall), restaurants, putt-putt golf and other fun activities.
