Very clean, comfortable & well maintained. Condo owner extremely nice and helpful. Even when you do something stupid like locking yourself out. Would definitely rent this condo again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I have been to Breckenridge so many times but this condo is by far the best bang for the buck!! The owner is so professional and kind. He returned my emails immediately and I had the pleasure of speaking with him by phone as well. This is the second time I stayed there; once in season and this time off season. I am about to make my third reservation with Frank (the owner) and can't wait to get there. The condo is very clean, in great condition and well equipped. The location is great! The condo is just a few paces from one of the slopes and one street to the free local transportation to get downtown. The kitchen has every amenity you would need to make a quick snack or a gourmet meal. I find that very thoughtful for guests. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great as well. Plenty of towels and closet space for an extended stay. I love this place and have recommended it to my friends. Frank- Keep up the good work. You're great.

This was the third time staying in this condo and I always find it clean and very comfortable. The owner is a pleasure to work with, responds quickly to emails and phone calls and is willing to accomodate whenever he can. The location is great for those who who ski and those who don't. Main Street has something for everyone, good food and good shopping. We have stayed there in the summer months and it was also very enjoyable. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need for a great vacation.

This condo worked out great for us. I have lived and worked in Breckenridge for five years now, and occasionally I need a condo for family and friends who come to visit. The location, right off Ski Hill Road, is only a few blocks from the heart of downtown Breckenridge, with all of it's restaurants and shops. It is also very close to the bus route (free bus service all over Breckenridge, and Summit County)--so you don't need to rent a car to get around. And one of the slopes at the Breckenridge Ski Area is within walking distance, also. The condo was clean, and well maintained. Frank responed incredibly quickly to my every email, and was very accomodating when I needed to change dates (that might not be as easy during the busy seasons--this was during the off season). I've rented several units in the past for friends and family, and I believe this unit was the best value for the money--it is very resonably priced.
