The beaches are sugar white quartz sand, the water is turquoise blue, and our visitors have a beach that is less crowded than most on this beautiful coastline. You can walk on the beach to the Back Porch for a casual meal, or you can walk along the mile long uninhabited beach of the Henderson State Park just to the East of Destin Gulfgate.
Our beachside pool is 20 feet wide and 40 feet long with three foot depths at each end and five foot depth in the middle. It has steps and underwater benches at each end to provide an excellent environment for young children. The pool is heated for our winter guests. Plenty of chaise lounges and chairs make this a great place to sunbathe while the little ones swim.

Location - Location - Location. Destin Gulfgate is in the heart of Destin with over 465 feet of beach front. This is more beach per unit than any condominium on the Emerald coast. When you rent our unit you get a daily beach service (umbrella and two chairs) from March 1 to October 31.
Our condo is just five miles from the Destin Commons, a new Village Shopping Center that has anchors such as Belks Department store, Bass Pro Shop, Hard Rock Café, Panera Bread Company, and the Rave Motion Picture theater. There are many other specialty shops, along with several restaurants that serve different types and styles of foods to your liking. Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall (the largest in the USA), is located just ten miles to the east.
There are 12 golf courses located within ten miles of our condo and five courses within five miles. The Beaches are Beautiful, the water is swimming pool clear, saltwater fishing is always good. Plenty of good seafood, oysters bars, sunset sailing, and Dolphin cruises.
