Plumeria is situated at beautiful Anini Beach, an up market yet relaxed residential area of million dollar plus homes on the largest reef in the Hawaiian Islands. Just a short stroll from the beach, this plantation-style home was designed with every comfort in mind. THIS HOME IS AN EXCELLENT VALUE FOR THIS UPSCALE AREA !

There is a large and romantic master suite with giant bamboo Queen canopy bed, a handmade bamboo aparador from the Philippines fitted with TV, wooden louvers at the windows, and ceiling fans. The spacious master bath has a large shower. There is also a loft bedroom with ocean view, and Queen bed. A cozy den with antique pie safe for a TV armoire can double as additional sleeping area for an adult or two kids with its futon couch. The den has videos of movies that were made on Kauai.

Cancellation Policy


We try to arrange things on a case-by-case basis, rather than rules set in concrete. However some general guidelines have been established:

For stays that have been made with a reservation deposit that are cancelled more than 60 days before your dates, a $50 charge applies, and the rest of your deposit is returned to you.

For stays that have been paid for in full and are cancelled less than 60 days before your dates, a $50 charge applies, and your funds are returned to you if we are able to re-book your dates in full.

If at all possible, it is preferable to merely change the dates of your vacation, rather than cancel it entirely, and we will work with you on this.

A wraparound lanai offers a large outdoor living area with comfy rocking chairs for taking in the view, a hammock for snoozing, table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a convenient gas barbecue.

A truly charming home with many repeat guests. For parties of more than 5 or 6, there is Orchid Guest house across the lawn that can be rented simultaneously at a special discount.
