Ocean front condo in beautiful Villa Magna gated community. Our 3rd floor unit is beach front with expansive ocean views. 2 of the bedrooms have king size. Master suite has a large Jacuzzi tub, deck, Plasma TV with DVD, I-POD docking station and a large walk in closet. Bedroom number 2 has a king size bed. The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds and a trundle that pulls out and it’s own bathroom. All three rooms are separate from one another so 2 families could easily have privacy. The living room also has a pull out sofa bed.
Villa magna is in the same complex as Dreams Villa Magna hotel which contains 6 restaurants and bars, a spa, gym ($4), yoga on the beach ($3), rental car agency(parking spot available), kids club (for kids to play during the day $45). We are located on miles of the best sandy beach, great for walking or just lounge on the beach under a palapa. There are many activities available on the beach such as Parasailing, Banana boat rides, Jet Ski rentals, beach volley ball, and many more.
Our unit has High speed internet with WIFI, 3 I-Pod docking stations, 2 plasma TV’s with DVD (one with VHS) and cable TV with 70+ channels (many in English). We also have many board games, beach towels, boogie boards, a magazine colletion, childs life vests, and an expansive DVD and VHS library. All bedrooms and living area have their own AC unit. We have a washer/dryer, large charcoal BBQ and dishwasher. We have a property manager that lives in the complex with an intercom phone if you need anything.
Local mall with shops, grocery store, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Have a quiet family vacation or head to the Puerto Vallarta for its bustling night life. 3 golf courses nearby, swimming with the dolphins, jungle tours are just a few things that await you. The perfect vacation is here in paradise!

My husband & I plus our daughter and 2 grandchildren just returned from staying at this condo. It is a very comfortable place to stay. The kids could rest & sleep while we visited in the main room. The pools are beautiful and never overly crowded. We all had fun on the beach and really enjoyed having plenty of space to relax in after a full day of snorkeling and swimming. Pilar, the property manager, was very helpful with any we asked of her. It was great having beach towels, DVD's and beach toys furnished and not having to pack any. We would love to make a another trip there in the future.
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Just returned from renting this condo. It was just perfect right down to the bikes which we did use one day. So nice having things for the kids to play in the sand with and they loved the water blasters. Thank you so much Lisa for letting us rent your great condo it was so nice not being stuck in a hotel room with very little space.

De las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido. El departamento es fantástico, con más comodidades de las que uno se encuentra habitualmente: dos televisores con dvd, muchas peliculas para todas las edades, juegos, tablas de bodysurf, bicicletas, cocina bien equipada, lavadora y secadora y decorado bonito. La playa es espectacular y las albercas también. Fuimos con 3 niños de 8,6 y 1 y todos lo pasamos muy bien. Gracias Lisa, seguro que volveremos a tu depa!

Awesome! We had such a great time at the condo. It's beautifully decorated w/lots of thoughtful amenities (games to play, videos, bikes, etc) and great space. Bedrooms were separated so the kids could nap w/o hearing us. The unit is well-situated...quiet with great 3rd floor views of the beach, sunsets and gorgeous pools. The kids love the massive heated pool. And we were within easy driving distance to downtown Puerto Vallarta where we explored and had some great meals. Highly recommended..we can't wait to go again!

WOW! What a great time we had. Your condo is amazing and we enjoyed watching many movies and using the boogie boards and buckets. Love that A/C system- haven't seen anything like that before:)

Condo at 323A Villa Magna-----3rd floor location is convenient, has privacy, and great ocean and sunset views--nicely furnished, roomy and comfortable--3 great pools--perfect beaches for great walking and great temps all day and nite--handy location within walking distance to shopping and nice dining.
