Your first-floor, fully furnished two Bedroom, two Bath villa comes complete with everything from linens and towels, to washer/dryer, cable TV, DVDs and internet. Your master bedroom has a king-size bed with private bath, and the second bedroom has twin beds and private bath.
If you are in the mood to cook, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a romantic candle light dinner for two or dinner for family and friends. Stock the wet bar with your favorite wine or beverages and enjoy cocktails or coffee out on your private, screened-in, ceramic-tiled balcony.
The Spa provides you with many wonderful amenities within its beautiful gated, 24-hour on site secured community. There are two outdoor swimming pools for soaking up the warm sunshine under the Carolina Palmetto trees and 1 indoor pool with whirlpool and sauna for total relaxation and rejuvenation.
For those who are more active, you have three new state-of- the-art tennis courts, fitness center all at no charge, and walking trails along the fountain lagoon with gazebo. As you walk to the end of the lagoon, your own private beach on The Sound of Port Royal awaits you. The sand is soft and white for sandcastle building, and the water is warm and gentle for swimming!

The villa and the location was perfect for our ladies weekend! We took wine and cheese for cocktail hour on the deck at the beach and nightly walks on the beach too. The indoor pool was great cause it rained one day! The island is beautiful and the villa was beautiful too! Thank you to the sweet owner that helped us in making a memorable girls vacation!

Our family had a wonderful time in this condo! We found it to be clean, convenient and very comfortable. Also, the owner is so nice and was always available anytime we had a question. She was very informative about the island, where to eat and fun places to go. A real pleasure from the time we made our resrevation to the time we left....and we didn't want to leave! Thank you and looking forward to another visit!

We managed to have a decent vacation in this older condo. Regarding the WIFI. It is not wifi if you have to use an Ethernet cable. After speaking with the owner about this issue, we did run to Walmart to get the cable and we were able to access the internet. ( My daughter was taking a history class online and this was of the utmost importance). Cell phone service is also not available inside the condo. You must walk outside to get a signal. Again, if we would have had cell phone service, we could have accessed the internet via our Wifi Hotspot phone. The TV in the living area is fine and had a separate DVD player for our enjoyment. The MB has no TV, etc. The Guest Bedroom (used by my grandkids) has a TV but no buttons to adjust the volume which was blaringly loud. After resetting the remote in the living room to the TV, we were able to adjust the volume and use it with our own DVD player that we brought with us. We then had to reset the remote back to the living room TV. This is not the kind of brainwork you want to do on vacation and most people would have found it quite irritating. Note to the owner regarding the MB: There was a violent rainstorm during the night of July14, 2011 and the window on the left side leaked profusely. Enough to saturate the carpet. We noticed while cleaning it up at 2am that there is some rotting going on. All in all the pools were great. The indoor pool was partially closed as far as the steam room and shower were not operable, but we only went there once anyway. The Large Outdoor pool with Gazebo and Bathroom was very comfortable. The MB King Bed is luxuriously comfortable pillow top. The Guest Beds were great for the grandkids. The Sofa in the living area is really a Futon and not so comfortable for my daughter, so I think she slept on the floor most nights because she says I snore. LOL. Everything worked great in the kitchen, but the Charcoal Grill mentioned in the ad is at the beach, which is quite a walk, so we did not use it. I understand that most condos in HH do not allow grills in the units because of the risk of fire. The stack washer/dryer was a bit confusing at first because you cannot run the washer and dryer at the same time. There is a sliding switch that you set for whichever end you need to use. I had never seen a model like this before, but it wasn’t really a problem. Thank you. We may do it again next year, if the budget allows !

Thank you for letting us use your villa! It is really cute and comfortable! You provided everything that we needed and also things we forgot to bring! My family and I had a great time and the owner is super nice and so informative about the island and where to go! I recommend this villa to anyone. It is well maintained and decorated. The owner is so easy to work with and makes the rental process simple and quick with out any suprise fees! Many thanks and look forward to booking again for next year or maybe a long weekend with out the kids!

I would recommend this rental condo to anyone who is interested. It is very clean and well kept. The surrounding beach is not crowded or dirty. Kids will love exploring the natural ocean wild life that is found along the water's shores. The owner is super friendly and made our rental agreement easy and painless!
