This beautifully decorated three bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located at Holiday Isle Condominiums in Dauphin Island, Alabama. Dauphin Island is a barrier island located outside of Mobile. This quaint island is only 14 miles long and 1 3/4 miles wide. Holiday Isle is a brand new resort, just completed in July 2007, which offers many amenities. There are heated indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis courts, sauna, steam room, club room and a fitness room that overlooks the ocean.
The 1st floor and 2nd floor units have a covered parking deck where you can drive up to the door, which makes this condo (located on the 2nd floor) very convenient. The staff at Holiday Isle are very helpful and friendly!
The living room and master bedroom have floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views. The living room has ample seating with a coffee table, end tables, 50-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. The dining room has a gathering style table and bar area with barstools. The kitchen has granite countertops, maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all the kitchen essentials! Located off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, nightstands, dresser, 26-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. The master bathroom has granite counters, whirlpool tub and separate shower.
One guest room has a queen size bed, night stands, dresser, 26-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. The other guest room has 2 sets of bunk beds, which can sleep 4 children, a dresser, 26-inch TV and DVD player.
All of the furnishings are brand new!!! Come enjoy a relaxing vacation on Dauphin Island.
