We offer a great location and invite you to come enjoy your vacation in our condo in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
This is a fully-furnished corner studio apartment with approximately 500 square feet of living space. The condo contains a living area, dining area, terrace with views of the ocean and the Condado area from the 22nd floor, bathroom with tub/shower and window and a full kitchen with appliances. There are plenty of drinking, eating and cooking utensils for the ability to cook/prepare meals if and when you want to. There are two Murphy beds which give you the option of more space (a full-size one and a twin-size one). Rental includes an underground designated parking space.
This high-rise condominium apartment building on Ashford Avenue known as the Ashford Imperial has restricted access with 24-hour security guard in the lobby. There is a private pool with sun deck and a jacuzzi located off the lobby level with lounge chairs and tables, outdoor shower and pool-side lavatory.
This condominium building is located across from the Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino. In the lobby of the Marriott you can arrange for tours of the island as well as rental cars. Historic Old San Juan is a ten-minute taxi ride away or a 75 cents bus ride. Everything is at your fingertips. A short bus/taxi ride to and from the San Juan airport, Old San Juan and Isla Verde. The Condado beach is just a short block away.

Walgreen's - 24 hour pharmacy where in addition to filling prescriptions, you will find a mini-market, gifts, beach accessories, some computer supplies, toys, office supplies, frozen foods, beverages and snacks. There is also digital photo pickup on the premises and you can also purchase newspapers such as The New York Times or Miami Herald.

Ashford Avenue is where you will find luxury hotels & casinos, high-priced apartment buildings, elegant restaurants, and upscale shops. Everything is at your fingertips. The Condado beach is just a short block away. This section of San Juan, Puerto Rico is a favorite hangout, and is considered the best in San Juan. Great for swimming and then window shopping; from chic boutiques and very upscale designer stores that sell high-end items on Ashford Avenue such as luggage, purses, clothing, porcelain, crystal, jewelry, etc. (Cartier, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo, etc.) to t-shirt shops, you will find it all on Ashford Avenue. These stores are concentrated on Ashford Avenue in and around the major hotels that line the beach strip. Some of the most exclusive can be found surrounding the Ventana al Mar (Window to the Sea). Enjoy the nightlife of San Juan too.
