SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Master Suite has a private bathroom, steam shower, jetted tub and a private balcony (King bed - sleeps 2);
The Junior Master Suite has a private bathroom, jetted tub and private balcony (King bed - sleeps 2). There is also a roll-away bed in the room (sleeps 1).
Bedroom 3 with private patio (Queen bed - sleeps 2), also has a pop-up trundle bed (Twin bed - sleeps 1)
Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with 2 sets of twin/twin bunks (Twin beds - sleeps 4).
Bedroom 5 is a bunk room with a private patio, outdoor hot tub and two twin/full bunks and two twin trundles (sleeps 6).
Other: The TV Room and the Bar both have convertible sofas (sleeps 2)
All total the house will sleep 14 using standard accommodations, 17 using the trundles and 20 using the sofas and roll-a-way.
RECREATION/COMMON AREAS
The house is equipped with 3 large flat screen TVs with all of the premium channels. The lowest floor with nicely appointed wet bar includes a sitting area and a separate recreation room equipped with table tennis and Bumper Pool. The TV and/or recreation rooms are convertible into additional sleeping areas, as needed.
GOURMET KITCHEN
The Thurston designed kitchen has granite counter tops with two separate sinks (designed for efficient food preparation for large groups), Viking stove and Thermador refrigerator/freezer--all designed with gourmet cooking in mind. New Cuisinart pots and pans, coffee maker, dishware and flatware for 20 complete this kitchen for your large group's gourmet dine-in needs.
CUSTOM DESIGN
This home includes custom finishes like a grand entrance foyer, grand staircase, marble bordered hardwood flooring throughout and master tile work in all bathrooms, kitchen, two steam rooms and bar and recreation area.
EASY SKIER ACCESS
Ski access is as simple as walking across the street a short distance (110 yards) to the groomed access trail, clicking in and skiing downhill to the bottom of the West Wall lift, accessing the entire mountain from there. Ski right back to the same spot to come home.
FRESH INDOOR AIR GIVES YOU ENERGY (FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO KNOW)
The home has the best fresh air--heat exchange system available today, as custom designed by an award-winning environmental engineer. The EPA says that modern, tightly built homes should ventilate stale indoor air 7 times per day. Few homes do this. Living and skiing, especially as a visitor from sea level, at 9,000 feet in elevation, can be taxing to some. Breathing fresh indoor air lets you wake up energetic and ready to tackle the mountain. Fresh air ports diffuse incoming air to all common and bedroom areas, while the efficient in-floor radiant heat quietly maintains consistent temperatures.

This new house was perfect for our large Thanksgiving gathering. Very nice finishes. The views from this property are awesome! Crested Butte is a wonderful area and we look forward to our next trip -the owner was really good to work with!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This house was beautiful! It had everything you needed. We stayed there with 2 other familes and still had plenty of room for another family. I would definetly recommend this house to anybody going to Crested Butte. If we come back to CB, we will definetly try to stay here again. If you do stay during the winter, make sure you get car with a big engine. The driveway is rather steep and our PT Cruiser wasn't able to make it up the driveway due to all the snow and ice. The other 2 cars made it up fine.
