This 1500 square foot guest house situated in a private garden has won awards and has been featured in Phoenix Home & Garden Magazine. It is a perfect place for a quiet get-a-way for a couple with a small family or just two couples. BUT!! if you are just looking for an inexpensive condo to house a family for a vacation, please do NOT inquire. I want renters to enjoy the charm that I have tirelessly put into this house and garden.
It has two large bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and in suite bathroom with an old fashioned claw foot tub with a hand held shower and stacked washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a queen size and a full size bed. It has a bathroom with bath/shower.
The kitchen is situated in a large great room area that includes a dining area and living room.
The mediterranean garden includes an abundance of olive, fig, lemon, and other fruit trees, and chickens! This is a garden that is a perfect place to read, write, or just regroup your thoughts.
