This 1500 square foot guest house situated in a private garden has won awards and has been featured in Phoenix Home & Garden Magazine. It is a perfect place for a quiet get-a-way for a couple with a small family or just two couples. BUT!! if you are just looking for an inexpensive condo to house a family for a vacation, please do NOT inquire. I want renters to enjoy the charm that I have tirelessly put into this house and garden.
It has two large bedrooms. One has a king size bed and in suite bathroom with an old fashioned claw foot tub with a hand held shower and stacked washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a queen size and a full size bed. It has a bathroom with bath/shower.
The kitchen is situated in a large great room area that includes a dining area and living room.
The mediterranean garden includes an abundance of olive, fig, lemon, and other fruit trees! This is a garden that is a perfect place to read, write, or just regroup your thoughts.

The property was accurately described and represented by the owner. It's a beautifully furnished and fully equipped cottage in stunning grounds. The property is secluded and secure in one of the best and most centrally located parts of the Valley. We can thoroughly recommend this property and we will definitely return.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We have rented many homes on VRBO and this rental exceeded the usually high level of accomodations. It was superbly decorated and very charming. We felt at home immediately and settled into a routine of shopping, golf and relaxation. Our 20 something daughter loved the pool and the sunshine and it was close to all the amenities including superb restauarants. Our hostess was friendly and very informative and we would be happy to visit again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.
