1253 Western Lake Drive is a three bedroom, two and a half bath professionally decorated luxury cottage offering an open floor plan that comfortably accommodates families with children. It sleeps 6-7 people, and offers a spacious master suite with a king size bed, TV/DVD, dual vanities and a Jacuzzi tub. Additional rooms include a queen size bed in the 2nd, and a bunk with a full, twin and twin trundle (sheets in closet if needed) in the third bedroom. The sofa in the living room also converts to a bed, if needed. A full bath connects the second and third bedrooms with an additional half bath available for guests. There is a gas grill for your use. The front porch is screened where morning coffee and afternoon breezes are enjoyed. Four TVs are located throughout the home along with DVD players, a stereo, Wi-Fi internet connectivity and many other extras that guests would expect in a luxury vacation rental.
The kitchen has everything needed to entertain guests or to prepare a special meal. Off of the kitchen, a large dining room table is surrounded by walls of windows, allowing you to enjoy the morning sunshine or dinner with your family and friends. Enjoy cable and your favorite DVDs on the large flat screen TV in the living area adjacent to the kitchen.
WaterColor offers much more than the pleasures of the beach. Guests of Watercolor enjoy access to additional amenities situated throughout the 499-acre community. Hiking and biking trails abound. Ride one of the five adult bikes over to the Beach Club which offers a gulf front pool, oversized deck, showers, complimentary towel service and a full service Grill. On the beach, chair service is offered as well as other water sports for the Gulf. Tennis Center is a short walk from your front door. A Publix grocery store, pizza, movie rentals and shops at Seaside are a just short bike ride away. If you need a golf cart, crib, highchair, pack n play or grocery delivery, etc we can refer you to vendors on 30-A who can deliver to the house before you arrive. Please note in case you are not clear, the property is rented from Saturday to Saturday during peak season and we do not rent for fewer days for a lower rate. We can be more flexible during off peak season and during that period, our minimum rental is $1500 for any dates less than a week. We rent Sat-Sat in peak season but we have one exception if you need a shorter rental. You could rent April 20-24 for $2000 plus tax and cleaning.
