One of the greatest assets is we are so close to the beach.. yet far enough away from all the party houses... you can also jump on the beach bikes and ride to the Newport Pier or the Huntington Beach Pier on the board walks... both are great rides....Boogie Boards, SurfBoards.. Unbrella, Beach Chairs and Wagon to take to the beach.... we have it all for you....

Why the Owner Chose West Newport
We actually purchased this because of the beach community.. the places to walk to ... we were away from the party houses but close to the beach... we love taking long walks on the beach - my grandparents had been in Newport Beach since 1950 - so it has special memories for me
The Unique Benefits at this House
Comfortable , Clean home, quiet neighborhood, Walk to the beach - Swim in the community pool, ride bikes... drive 20 minutes up the 55Fwy to 5 Fwy and you are at Disneyland .... the happiest place - we had passes when the kids were young and we all loved it ... Also we are close to all the beach comunities.. we never run out of places or things to do
Take Prospect Street - cross over PCH get on the sidewalk and ride North to Huntington Beach over the river jetty bridge... this is great ride about 20 minutes or longer if you stop and take your time
Jump on the bikes - take Prospect - cross over PCH and go north along the house that are on the beach .. keep going until you get to 34th street then cut in and ride along in front of the houses.. alo
a great ride is all down to balboa pier - but then cross over and take the Ferry to Balboa Island.. the ride to Main Street and get a Balboa Bar... and Drive down the pennisula and then take the Fer
If the waves are going off.. ride down the wedge... great ride... you can watch the waves going off... sometimes news crews will be there.. great photo opp... Make sure you bring money so you can gr

We had always wanted to live at the beach - We purchased this house and raised our kids here... they loved the beach and the clubhouse - Riding bikes has been a highlight in our family - being able to ride to the piers for breakfast,lunch or dinner.. Our kids are now grown and we are having so much fun meeting the people that rent our house... and are able to bring their families to enjoy this great spot.
I am looking for families that would like to enjoy the beach house for 4 weeks at a time... Call me to discuss...
