Fabulous newly remodeled vacation home in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located to everything Orange County has to offer. Not only is the temperature sunny and warm (76 degrees year round), but you are very close to a wide array of activities that will make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Three stories, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two car attached garage, outside parking available, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry. Master bedroom also equipped with an Inada TOP of the Line Massage Chair for your relaxation, as well as a TV/Xbox/DVD. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed with a full sized bottom bunk, as well as a fully functioning office. In addition we also have an inflatable queen sized bed as well.
There is plenty to do inside or out. Try out our World Championship Tornado Foosball Table, watch a movie from our movie library, play some video games, or just sit back and relax on the primo massage chair imported straight from Japan!
Venture outdoors on our covered balcony to fire up the gas grill. Spend some time relaxing at the Pool and Jacuzzi, take a walk at the park, play some Tennis, Basketball, Soccer, or take the kids out to the Giant Playground across the street.

Why the Owner Chose Irvine
The location is very accessible to everything. The beach, Disneyland, restaurants, parks, etc. The weather is incredible year round. The area is incredibly safe and you always see people out and about. Its a great place if you have kids.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Make my home your home. The kitchen and laundry have what you need to feel like home. The pool is less than a 100 ft away. This is a great base camp for longer stays as it is accessible to everything.
Owner's Map of Irvine
I bought this in 2003 as my primary and continue to always come back for my vacations. Work has taken me out of town, but I have always intended on coming back. The unit is still set up as my primary so I believe you will enjoy it.
