Our first stay at this unit was 5 days in April 2011 during spring break. We had such a great time that we returned for 9 more days during the Christmas holidays. The unit is fantastic - perfectly located to escape the cruise ship crowds. The great deck provided views of the ocean to enjoy our morning coffee and evening margaritas. Great snorkeling right off the beach and easy walking distance to the Money Bar and Veradara for good food. We rented a car to make it more convenient to get around to other popular, but more distant destinations such as Punta Sur and Coconuts Bar on the east coast. Samer and Janet are very gracious owners taking care of whatever small issues arose. Also Lupita and Jordi were very attentive and helpful. We are already thinking about our next trip back to Cozumel and staying at this fantastic condo unit. We unconditionally recommend this unit to anyone that wants to get away to paradise.

Fantastic spring break week

We have been in Cozumel before but only for a day as part of a cruise, this was the first time we stayed there for several days and we loved it. The condo is beautiful, very clean and comfortable, all 3 rooms are spacious and very well decorated, beds are great. Living and dining areas are very functional and furniture is very nice and comfortable. Kitchen is very complete and all the appliances were very nice and modern, we were even able to fit 3 people cooking and preparing meals very well. The balcony has the most amazing view of the Caribbean we really enjoyed our morning coffee looking at the multiple shades of blue, it was breathtaking, the sounds of the waves, the birds, the absolutely wonderful gardens, every plant had flowers, all kind of colors. You walk out the door and go down the stairs, which are open to natural light and ventilation, and you will be walking thru the garden towards the beach, if you prefer just laid down by the pool, but I can't say I did because the sandy beach was so beautiful that we never stop in any other place. We spent many hours in the beach, you can snorkel right in front of the condo or just laid down in one of the beach chairs. We also went to the beach to see each sunset, everyday there were a bunch of pelicans flying directly to land in one tree a couple feet from the condo, it was very funny to see them on the branches trying to keep their place and chase out the others that wanted to land next to them. Our days were full of activities. You want to rent a car because there so many amazing places, Playa Bonita, check out the local rock band on thursdays and fridays at the Money Bar or go to Downtown Cozumel at night and dance in the plaza with a tropical band...don't forget to ask for Ignacia and dance with her. Ok I think by now you know WE LOVED THE PLACE and can't wait to go again. We will call Samer and rent the place again and yes we will recommend this place to anybody that want to relax in the Caribbean.

Great family getaway

Our family of 5 (3 very young children) fully enjoyed the lovely unit within the Paradise Condos. Appliances/utensils were in great shape. Rooms and beds were comfortable and private, sandy beach was great for playing, snorkeling, etc. We were met at the airport by Lupita, who assisted us with the car rental and directions to the condo. Shopping at the local supermarket was no problem at all. I would definitely recommend having a car as the condo is ~ 10-15 mins from town and driving over to the East side of the Island was a great experience for us. We would definitely rent again in future.

Trumps Staying at a Resort

When you factor the cost of a resort and all your meals, you can't beat renting a condo on Cozumel. And one the better deals is the fairly new condo from Samer. You get three bedrooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer, view of the ocean, pool and a private beach at a bargain price. An additional bonus is getting picked up at the airport, although it is recommended that your rent a car so you can easily get to town or drive around the island. The unpopulated east coast is stunning. The condo is an exceptional place to chill and get away from the mayhem of tourist center, but still be within striking distance.

Stayed for 4 days. Condo was great. Very nice and very clean. There were instructions for TV satellite/DVD operation and on how to get around island which made it very easy. Walked down to the private beach and several snorklers were coming out of the water and had seen lobsters and many fish. Walked 50 feet next door to Club Uvas and had great margaritas and food. You can also dive/snorkle there. Club Chakanab is right down the street. Great for a day of fun; eating, drinking, laying out, snorkling, etc. We were minutes from downtown, many public beaches, clubs, shopping, etc. Every morning we woke up, made coffee, and sat on the balcony overlooking the pool/beach/ocean. It was remarkable. Liked it so much we are returning for spring break in a month!

New years 2010

We loved it! I had never been to Cozumel, and went with my four school aged children for the week after Christmas. The condo was lovely, the beach was gorgeous. Snorkeled daily with the kids in different spots around the island. Lupita the housekeeper was very kind and very helpful. The people of the island are very gracious. Lots to do, lots of relaxing too. Can't wait to go back!

Great condo on the beach

Our family of 5 stayed here over Christmas and absolutely loved it!! The snorkeling right on the beach in front of the condo was great! Lots of fun bars and beaches right there close in case you want some company otherwise the beach at the condo was very private. Being located on the southern end of the island was ideal as it is so close to the best snorkeling and diving on the island. Also not far from town for extra activities if wanted. The condo was very clean with plenty of room for 5 adults. Also, the kitchen was adequately equipped to make breakfast or a dinner or two when we felt like eating in. We will return ASAP.
