Just stayed at this property for a week. We loved it! The house is great and the pool is fantastic. The owners were very accommodating about everything. Thank you!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We recently spent a wonderful week at this beautiful home in Huntington Beach, CA. There were 10 adults and one child, and the house was a joy to stay in. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the house is stocked with everything you will need to have a great time. There were towels, boogie boards, and even an umbrella for the beach, as well as an extremely well-stocked kitchen. But, the absolute best thing about this home is the pool. We practically lived there the entire time. It was like being at your own resort. Beautiful Huntington Beach was less than a mile away, but most of our time was spent around the pool. Denise was a joy to work with, and not only had tips for places to eat, shop, and visit - but made special "amenities" baskets for anything we might have forgotten. This is a place that we will definitely be returning to.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our party was 10 people as we were two families of 5 coming to enjoy Disney and surrounding attractions for a week in January 2012. I honestly can not say enough about our experience. Communication with Denise was amazingly fast, friendly and helpful. This was our first vacation rental experience and it could not have gone more smoothly. The house was immaculately clean and had more than enough room for our two families. It was beyond stocked, with fresh fruit and 'just in case' baskets stocked with sunscreen, toothbrushes, colouring books for the kids, razors-you name it. The pantry was stocked as well with spices, pancake mix+syrup, hot chocolate and more. Under every bathroom sink were bandaids and epson salts to soak your feet after long days at the parks. There were take out and attraction brochures with highlighted areas (i.e.: the best sushi plate to order at the best local sushi joint in town etc) Denise really thought of everything and she was readily available to answer any questions or offer assistance. We had beach toys waiting for our use in the garage and she was able to point us to the best beach for shell collecting as well as the best one for surfing (offering to book us surf lessons as well!). We could easily have fit another 6 people on this trip provided they slept on couches. The pool and back yard were a real highlight for the 6 kids, we had no problem convincing them to leave any of the parks we visited at the end of the day as they could just not wait to get back to the waterside and pool! There were more than ample towels and beach reading at the house and we were minutes away from awesome downtown HB while still having the luxury of a quiet street and the full amenities of the house. The pictures of this house just don't do it justice. It is HUGE! We will be back to stay with Denise as soon as we can and would recommend this property and this owner to anyone we meet.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at this house with two other families (nine people total) and absolutely loved it! There was plenty of room for everyone, the bedrooms were very nice, and the family room and kitchen were great for hanging out in. However, the jewel in this house is the back yard, with its full pool, water slide, and spa. We practically lived out there during our vacation. $4500/week year round* for up to 10 guests + 11% tax, $350 cleaning and $1,500 refundable security deposit. Additional guests, 11-16, at $25 per person, per night. Security deposit and departure cleaning fee will increase a) for 2+ week stays b) stays less than 7 night minimum c)large groups and events. *$9000/week rate applies to US Open/Surfing - first week of August and Volleyball Championships.
