Beach vacationing at its finest! This end of group, 3 bedroom townhome is located in the much sought-after community of Heron Harbor. Heron Harbor is a private bayside retreat situated in one of America's Best Beach towns for families. The community amenities include three outdoor pools, including a kiddy pool, tennis courts, open green space, trails, and waterfront walking piers. The beach is a quick 4-5 block walk.
Just a few blocks away is Northside park, which has even more activities for your group. A huge playground, picnic areas, 1/4 mile fishing pier, running course, bike paths and ball fields make up this 58 acre park. Grocery, movie rental, take-out and other convenience stores are also within walking distance.
Around town there are endless restaurants, golf courses, putt-putt, waterparks, amusement parks, nightlife, and the boardwalk. If you want a more natural experience, Assateague Island and the wild ponies are 30 minutes away. Ocean City also has two outlet shopping centers withing 30 minutes.
Our townhome, is professionally decorated with the family in mind. We have a large master suite with awesome water views from your pillow and shower, TV, walk-in closet, and sitting balcony! A middle bedroom with the double bed and back bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, one with a double on bottom, and another balcony. We have lots of space for indoor or outdoor waterfront dining, a gas grill and fully loaded kitchen.
We have games and videos available for your use as well. You are also welcome to bring a kayak or canoe to launch off our pier to explore the bay! To add more enjoyment, bikes are provided as this is a quiet cul de-sac community. We will allow pets on a case by case basis for an added fee. You must be 25 years of age to rent this unit. Enjoy!
