  Thank you Terry for making our visit to Florida a memory never to forget. The house is absolutly beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the kitchen and hot tub very much. We are discussing another visit to Florida in December and will be sure to get in touch with you. The whole process was uneventful and the directions and instructions that Terry gave us were great. Sorry we missed you on Wednesday. The photos are very accurate and even better in real life. We found it vey easy to get around with many restaurants and shopping very close. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to my friends and family.

  This is the second home we rented from Terry, the first being on Bow Ring when we stayed a month. This house is beautiful and clean. The decorating was obviously done by a professional. The house was very clean when we arrived. There was a slight problem with the whirlpool but we called Terry and my husband were able to correct the problem by phone. Terry has always responded promptly with any questions we have. We love the ammeniities proveded with this house. The bed was so comfortable. It also provides privacy since the house backs up to an undeveloped. We were able to see the fireworks from Epcot while relaxing in the pool. Thanks again, Terry, for making our trip to Florida so pleasurable.

  This is the second year I stayed at this beautiful home. Once with my family and once with business colleagues, both times for a conference. The home has everything a family needs, in a beautiful secure community. The service provided by the manager was beyond expectation. When making the reservation, he answered our emails promptly, and apologized if he couldn't return our calls right away. The kitchen was beautiful, sophisticated and clean. We spent hours in the game room, had a barbecue every night and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The employees at Windsor Hills were friendly, The guards were professional and the service desk employees were courteous. My family had no problems using the movie theater and seeing a movie every day with great seats! I thank you, and look forward to renting it again this coming year.

  Our family stayed here in August 2010 and we loved it! The location is great! The house is clean and has everything you could possibly need to entertain the entire family! We'll definitely stay here again in the future!

  The home was just as described, just as pictured..... absolutely beautiful. LOTS of living space in kitchen/family/dining rooms. The children practically lived in the pool and the game room! The owner couldn't have been nicer and addressed our concerns immediately and graciously. We were very happy and planning on booking our return stay soon. We have vacationed at other homes in Windsor Hills and this, by far is the best! Would recommend to anyone.

  Loved this home and location so much my family is contemplating doing it again next year. Home was clean and very well appointed. Enjoyed the pool, gameroom and kitchen the best. This was our first using HomeAway and leasing house and we will it again. Thanks very much to the owner and HomeAway for such a great place to stay and great vacation experience.

  Our family stayed in this home during the April break. We have rented many homes in the area over the years and have become very familiar with the offerings and pricing of these units. Upon walking in the door to this particular unit, we were impressed with the layout and color scheme of the home which gave a great first impression. However, almost immediately we were introduced to a home that is not maintained properly and lacking attention to detail and minor repairs. The unit was unclean with stains on the curtains and walls, food left behind on top of the refrigerator, the bathrooms were not cleaned properly, stains on the carpets, clogged sink left for us to call in, etc. The spa was not working and the smoke detectors chirped pretty much the entire stay due to weakened batteries which I had to climb up and remove because the Owner sent someone out, supposedly, who did not fix the problem. This is a lovely home with great potential, but way overpriced given the lack of maintenace and poor cleaning between rentals.

  Owner response: This family checked in immediately after another departed. The previous family left a factory sealed shrinkwrapped multipack of Kraft Mac N Cheese thinking the next guest may use it, and the cleaners put it on top of the fridge. My home is tile throughout and has no curtains, so wrong house! The mildly clogged guest bath sink and pool filter where serviced by myself at 9am the following morning of check in. The 9volt battery went on one alarm, which I replaced, then another one went a few days later my serviceman replaced, and a third went the next, and I asked the guest just to pull out. Ironically though this family just requested my home for next Easter at a ridiculously deep discount which I did not oblige. So this was their biased response!!

  Property description was fairly accurate, (it was a beautiful home) you can see only the tops of the fireworks from the pool not all the fireworks. We came into a fairly clean house but had hair in the bathroom drawers/cabinets. You can tell it is a rental property because there are a lot of maintenace issues that need to be addressed. We did not have hot tub jets for most of our stay due to a clogged filter and on one day, the water was completely turned off for no apparent reason. The owner did take care of this problem the same day. This particular property I would not stay at again. This is a very nice community with a lot of rental houses. I would try another house in this community. It's all the details that really take away from this property and make it a rental and not an "Execuitve Home" It was close to Disney and shopping very nice location.

  Recommended for: Pet owners.

  Owner response: The guests advised me upon check-in (Friday) that the spa jets were not bubbling. The guest explained they had a pool back home, and if I told them how to get into the filter he would gladly service it that evening, as he was accustomed to this. I never heard anything after that. So when I went over (Monday) morning I noticed jets not working and properly serviced the filter. I was never informed that they did not solve the problem.The HOA had the water shut down for the entire block for 4 hours in the afternoon to service a water main. The guests after returning from the park unfortunately had no water for (2) hours due to this. They demanded a major refund for this, and this only. I instructed them to go to the clubhouse, as this was out of my control. Unfortunately the community will not refund for such occurrences. I take pride in being responsive and fair, and everyone that has stayed in my homes has thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and if a problem arises they are understanding that things happen from time to time.
