The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The golf in the community is very affordable and the course is gorgeous. We also enjoy the 3 beaches that are very close to us. There is plenty of entertainment with the Grand Ol Opry, Bare Foot Landing, and Broadway at the Beach. There is a ton of shopping with over 100 area shopping boutiques and outlet stores. We love going out to dinner and enjoying the many seafood styles in the areas, including the famous Calabash style. Wilmington is just a quick drive away.

This was a wonderful vacation. Condo is beautiful, clean and inviting. We were close to all the activities including the beach and golf, of course. Brain was great to work with and we are planning to return year after year. already looking forward to my next trip down.

I had a wonderful stay here. The unit was spacious, well decorated, clean and very comfortable. The subdivision itself was lovely with the ponds, golf course, pool, hot tub and fitness center. Our dogs felt right at ease here and seeemed to enjoy themselves as well. While it was not fenced in there was a lot of places to walk and the neighbors seemed very friendly. We spent most of our time in Myrtle which was only a 20-30 minute drive from the house. It was great as Bike Week was going on we could go down and enjoy but didn't have to deal with all the noise. Brian made everything very easy even though we reserved the unit at the last minute. I would definately recommend staying here to anyone.

This is a very nice well equipped condo in a secure setting where we enjoyed walking, playing golf, exercising and just laying around the pool. The facility is definitely pet friendly. The three nine-hole golf courses are well cared for and are challenging and fair to players of all skill levels. We found the staff at the main gate, in the clubhouse and on the course to be extremely friendly. For down time there is a large LCD TV with DVD player in the living room and each bedroom has its own TV. The activity center is well equipped with exercise equipment and there is a large pool. The location is convenient to Myrtle Beach, Sunset Beach (great beach for walking) and Wilmington. Pinehurst and Charleston are just a day trip away. We look forward to our next visit!!!

This is a lovely condo in a beautiful,friendly, community. It is easily accessable to nice beaches, golf, great restaurants,& shopping. It is great for dog owners, lots of places to walk your dog. Brian and Jan were very accomodating, up front, and easy to deal with. We're going back again, our second year.

This condo is in excellent condition and has a lovely view overlooking the pool. It is located on the second floor. The master bathroom has double sinks with a full vanity along with a very spacious walk-in master closet. This community is gated and very secure.
