nice apartment, very well equiped kitchen, 2 big bedrooms, great location, between tel-aviv and haifa, perfect spot to use as base for exploring area or just for some nice r& r. owners are very nice and accomodating. would definately stay there again on next visit to israel, minutes from stores and highways.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Jewish holidays rates are the same as high season. Included in the rental price of our suite are all bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Cost excludes the energy costs of electricity. Extra charge of $60 for rentals of 4 nights or less. Services available for an extra charge: House cleaning $10 per hour. Laundry $2.5 per wash. $2 per drying. Internet $5 per day. Computer $5 per day. Babysitter $8 per hour. Taxi ride from B-G airport $65. Sport kit (Tennis racquets, Squash racquets, Football, Basketball) $3 per day, minimum $10. Deposit required for sport kit ($350). Rates for 6 guests: Dates* Daily Weekly Monthly. July - August $182 $1145 $4250. June & Sep $152 $970 $3690. Oct-Nov, March-May $112 $690 $2490. Dec-Feb $92 $585 $2090.In order to book your vacation dates, you need to pay a booking fee which is the greater between $150 or 10% of the total payment. In the event of a cancellation it is necessary to notify owner up to 4 weeks before arrival. Attempts will be made to re-rent your accommodation. If we are successful, your deposit will be refunded.
